| As a major strategic infrastructure for the benefit of the country and the people,the South-North Water Transfer Project has solved the problem of people’s difficulty in accessing water,but the eutrophication of water bodies in the main canal can intermittently produce algae,affecting water quality and the nearby ecological environment.Combined with the nature of China’s South-North Water Diversion Project application,the use of mechanical methods to remove algae can directly remove a large number of algae in the water.To this end,the research and design of intelligent algae interception equipment and its control system can realize the interception and collection of algae in the water transmission trunk canal and effectively solve the problem of algae pollution.By combining the algae interception conditions in the field and the characteristics of water flow changes in the canal,the algae interception process and intelligent algae interception equipment in the process of South-North water transfer are studied,and the various aspects of algae interception are analyzed to clarify the control content and requirements of the intelligent algae interception equipment control system,and to determine the selection of relevant driving equipment and the overall algae interception control scheme.First,for the algae in the dry canal may cause too high level difference between the two sides of the chain mesh mechanism in the algae interception equipment,exceeding the pressure limit of the chain mesh mechanism,which affects the normal algae interception problem.Combining the chain net mechanism with fuzzy PID control technology,information fusion of ultrasonic level meter and other sensor collection data,and optimized decision-making output signal,the operation of the chain net mechanism in the intelligent algae interception equipment can be adaptively regulated to achieve fast and accurate control of the chain net mechanism.Secondly,the hardware design of the control system of the intelligent algae interception equipment is completed by studying and developing the main electrical diagram of the on-site algae interception equipment,the input and output of PLC and some detection circuits,and selecting system hardware such as Siemens S7-1200 PLC,upper computer,frequency converter,ultrasonic level meter,electrode level meter and encoder.Then the hardware of the control system is configured by Siemens programming software Botu V16,PROFINET communication is used for data transmission between the upper and lower computers,and the program of each algae control link is written,and the design of the upper computer configuration screen is completed,so that it can monitor the operation of the intelligent algae interception control system.Finally,through the system debugging to eliminate possible problems in the algae interception site,to ensure the normal operation of the algae interception equipment,to complete the goal of algae interception in the South-North Water Transfer Central Canal. |
