The semi-submersible drilling platform plays a key role in the Marine oil and gas development.The power system is core of the drilling platform,and a stable power system is the precondition of it.The commissioning of the power system is the last and important process in the construction of the drilling platform.That is to say,the rational scheme is relate to weather the project could success or not.The drilling power system is introduced in this article,and the drilling system is composing of the shore access power system,the emergency power system,and main power system.When the platform is land or repair in the shipyard,the power system of the platform should be work off,and the electricity of the platform is supplied though the shore access power system.In the normal time,the emergency are work off,and the main power system supply power to the platform,at the same time,the emergency switchboard gets electricity from the main switchboard.However,when the main power system breaks down,the platform get power from the emergency power system.The factors which impact the progress of the commissioning of the platform are analyzed in the management schedule structure,safe management,and EC and MC fields in this article.Firstly,As there is not management department in the management structure,the contractor of the platform have to search the experience from the make ship,what’s worse,which lead the schedule to more irrational and spend more time in the commissioning the platform.Secondly,the customer of the platform is the oil company,whose security schedule is very harsh.What’s more,the room of the platform is so small and so much equipment,which result in the platform have more potential security problems.In a word,the security management plays a key role in the success of the platform structure.Thirdly,MC/EC is also affecting the progress of the commissioning of the platform.The commissioning is the last process of the platform and all kinds of problem may be accumulated through designing,procurement,and section construction,so the commissioning of the platform is decided by the progress of equipment installation,and low the efficiency of the commissioning of the platform.The target of this article is to optimize the schedule of commissioning.The preliminary work is implemented according this schedule,which supply a good foundation for commissioning.How to commissioning the emergency power system and main power system are explained in this article.The schedule of the power system could be is divided into the following steps.Firstly,the safety protection of diesel generator is commissioning and make sure of it run under monitoring and steadily.Secondly,the load of the diesel generator is tested,which verify the auxiliary of it and itself can be run steadily,and under certain load,make sure there is no abnormalities in the power system.At last,the control logic of the management of power system is tested,which is to make sure that in any condition of load,the platform can achieve safe and energy-efficient automatically in the lead of it.At last give an example of the platform of Yantai Frigstad,to make sure of efficacy of the effectiveness of the commissioning platform.The good commissioning schedule method proposed in this article,is made use of in my work,which attracts more attention from my company and produce some benefits.
