| As industrial IOT,big data and cloud computing technology in manufacturing vigorous development and extensive application of intelligent manufacturing is the vision of the future manufacturing industry,human will have to produce highly digital,networked,machine the organization as a standard for the fourth time the industrial revolution.The intelligent control system is one of the main effective means to improve the production efficiency,ensure the quality of the wine and get rid of the traditional experience.Brewing the function of intelligent control system is based on acquisition system from production line to the history of the process parameters information,dynamic real-time tracking each stage production status information,according to the requirement of the production process under different environment,adjust the production process parameters,to control the process effectively and reasonably select the production process,increase liquor yield and improving the quality of wine,to support and technical guarantee winemakers to provide production parameters.On the premise of fully understanding the brewing technology,this paper studies the problems of complex material ratio,temperature and humidity,and the large amount of data in the process of liquor making.Based on the fuzzy PID control theory,the best production parameters are found by using the method of big data analysis based on historical data.Through the design and improvement of the existing brewing process,the intelligent control system of wine making based on fuzzy PID is obtained.A fuzzy PID controller is designed to control the system in the middle part of brewing.The performance evaluation and analysis in the form of simulation verify that the design has the advantages of accurate adjustment and strong anti-interference compared with conventional PID. |
