| Resource environment is a spatial system that carries human production and life.The level of resource environment carrying capacity indirectly affects the scope and breadth of human activities.As China ’s socialist development enters a new era,the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development and utilization of resources have become the theme of high-quality development and Chinese-style modernization.Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,as the junction of Gansu,Qinghai and Sichuan provinces,is also the transition zone of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Loess Plateau and Longnan Mountain.The special geographical location makes its resources and environment very important.However,in recent years,Gannan Prefecture has neglected the importance of resources and environment while relying on the rapid development of resource advantages,resulting in very prominent problems of resources and environment.Blind pursuit of economic benefits and overgrazing have led to grassland degradation,serious waste of resources caused by disorderly tourism development,and serious overload of resources and environment carrying capacity caused by excessive population agglomeration.Therefore,the research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture can not only provide technical support for the monitoring,protection and development of regional resources and environment from the practical level,but also provide practical basis for the development of land and space planning and the supplement of ’ double evaluation ’ results.It also supplements the research cases of resource and environmental carrying capacity of different types and special high-altitude pastoral areas from the theoretical level,and creates theoretical conditions for the construction of ecological civilization in the region.Taking the administrative village of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the basic research unit,the ’ three-dimensional-tetrahedron ’ model is introduced and improved.The three-dimensional model is established from three dimensions : the suitability of human settlements,the limitation of resource and environment carrying capacity and the support of social and economic development.The volume of the model is used to characterize the level of resource and environment carrying capacity,and then the warning classification method is used to divide the state distribution of resource and environment carrying capacity in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.At the same time,Arc GIS10.8 and Geoda software were used to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of the spatial state of each dimension.Finally,according to the evaluation conclusion and spatial differentiation characteristics of the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Gannan Prefecture,it provides corresponding theoretical guidance and practical guidance for the rational development and protection of resources and environment in Gannan Prefecture.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)According to the evaluation results of the sub-dimension of resource and environmental carrying capacity,the human settlement environment in Gannan Prefecture is spatially distributed with high suitability in the south and low suitability in the north,and the suitability of human settlement environment in the western region is low.The areas with lower resource and environmental constraints are mainly concentrated in the Taohe River Basin and the Bailongjiang River Basin in the central part of Gannan Prefecture.The spatial distribution characteristics are ’ more in the east and less in the west,more in the north and less in the south ’.The more restrictive areas are mainly concentrated in the northern and southwestern regions of Gannan Prefecture.The moderately restricted areas are spatially distributed in circles;the social and economic development of Gannan Prefecture is characterized by high in the north and low in the south.The areas with low social and economic development are concentrated in the southwest and southeast of Gannan Prefecture.The social and economic developed areas are mainly concentrated in the northeastern part of Gannan Prefecture.The medium economic development areas are mainly distributed in the central and eastern regions of Gannan Prefecture,mostly located in the surrounding areas of the central urban areas of each county;all dimensions are positively correlated in space,and the spatial distribution has significant agglomeration characteristics.(2)From the comprehensive evaluation results of resources and environment carrying capacity,the distribution of resources and environment carrying capacity is highly correlated with the suitability evaluation results of human settlement environment,indicating that the natural resource conditions of Gannan Prefecture are the key factors determining the regional resources and environment carrying capacity.Among them,altitude and climate factors have the greatest impact on the carrying capacity of resources and environment.The limitation of resource and environmental carrying capacity and the support of social and economic development also have an important impact on the size and spatial distribution of resource and environmental carrying capacity in Gannan Prefecture.(3)From the perspective of warning classification of resource and environment carrying capacity,the proportion of overloaded villages in Gannan Prefecture is lower than that of the number of villages,indicating that the land resources of overloaded villages are relatively small and concentrated.The proportion of the village area in the balanced state is basically consistent with the proportion of the number of villages,indicating that the resource environment balance village land resources are relatively balanced,and the village area is consistent with the resource environment carrying capacity;the proportion of village area in surplus state is higher than that of village number,indicating that most villages with surplus resource and environmental carrying capacity are rich in land resources,and resource and environmental carrying capacity is positively correlated with village area. |
