Environmental carrying capacity is an external manifestation of the structure and function of a regional environmental system,reflecting the degree of coordination between human activities and the structural functions of the environment.Based on this,it is possible to put forward the overall strategy and guidelines for the sustainable and coordinated development of the social economy.Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture is a region where ethnic minorities gather and has abundant resources.At the same time,it is a poor economic region in the west.Since the western development strategy was put forward,over a decade of development has caused severe damage to the regional environment and excessive resource consumption.In the face of deteriorating environmental conditions,this paper selected the development data of Linxia Prefecture in 2016 based on the theoretical system of resource and environmental bearing capacity,and used ArcGIS spatial analysis techniques and AHP to determine the weights and indices of each index and build a resource and environment bearer.The force evaluation model draws the evaluation results of resource and environmental bearing capacity.From large to small points for analysis and evaluation,Guanghe County was selected as an example.Gray correlation analysis was used to study which indicators had the greatest effect on the comprehensive index of bearing capacity,and appropriate policy measures were taken to remedy the situation.The main results of the evaluation are as follows:(1)As a whole,the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Linxia Prefecture in 2016 has been overloaded.The comprehensive index of carrying capacity is-3.3520,far exceeding the comprehensive index of carrying capacity of the province-0.4682;(2)Judging from the counties and cities,Yongjing County,Jishishan County and Hezheng County have relatively large resource and environmental carrying capacity,and they have surpluses and relatively large space for economic development;Linxia City,Linxia County and Dongxiang County The resource and environmental carrying capacity has been overloaded and the economic development is at an intermediate level;the resources and environmental carrying capacity of Guanghe County and Kangle Countyhave been seriously overloaded,and the economic development space is relatively small.Ecological protection and construction efforts should be made to increase the resource and environmental carrying capacity..(3)From the perspective of counties and cities,most of the villages and towns in Yongjing County,Hezheng County,and Jishishan County still have a surplus of carrying capacity.Guanghe County The carrying capacity of most townships in Kangle County has been seriously overloaded.(4)Through the analysis of regional development coordination of all townships in Linxia Prefecture,the results show that the townships with natural environment,economy,and social coordination are in close coordination and primary coordination,accounting for19.6% and 19.7% of the total in Quanzhou;2.5% of townships in Quanzhou Coordinating reluctantly;32.8% of the townships are moderately coordinated,and most of them are townships under the jurisdiction of Dongxiang County and Jishishan County;townships with good coordination and high-quality coordination are 12.3% and 13.1%,respectively,and are mostly distributed in Linxia and Yongjing counties.(5)Only Chengguan Town in Guanghe County has a slight surplus,and the remaining eight townships have been overloaded.The area of the overloaded area accounts for 89.16% of the county.The overload of Shuiquan Town and Guanfang Town is the most serious.Through the grey correlation analysis,it is found that the selected indicators have an impact on the resource-environmental carrying capacity.The order of the size is resource demand> environmental pressure> resource endowment> environmental capacity.
