Research On Energy Cooperation Between China And Russia From The Perspective Of Energy Geopolitics

With the increasing demand of the international community for energy,the "energy" issue has gradually evolved from an "economic" issue to an "international political" issue,and has constantly affected international relations and geopolitical relations of various countries.As neighboring countries,China and Russia need to strengthen energy cooperation between the two countries,whether from the perspective of geopolitics or from the economic interests of both sides,but there are also many problems in the development,especially the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the energy cooperation between China and Russia at the present stage is worthy of indepth study.The outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022 has led to severe turbulence in the global economy,high prices of international energy and agricultural products,soaring prices of bulk products,and increased inflation.The main directions of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of energy at this stage are discussed,and the importance and interaction of energy relations between the two countries are also the focus of the research.Based on the analysis of the background and significance of Sino-Russian energy cooperation,this paper discusses the geopolitical concept and theoretical framework,discusses the impact of western geopolitical and economic sanctions on Russia under the Russia-Ukraine conflict,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the Sino-Russian energy cooperation mechanism,the mode and future path of Sino-Russian energy cooperation.It is hoped that in the future,the two countries will strengthen the construction of energy infrastructure,attach importance to the guarantee of energy security,and truly establish the concept of win-win cooperation,and continue to expand the strategic areas of energy cooperation between the two sides.
