Study On The Collaborative Co-Construction Path Of The Sub-Regional Green Energy Security Supply System Under The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism

In view of the past cooperation achievements and the current cooperation status of the Lancang-Mekong region,based on the integrated cooperation system of "source-grid-load-storage-transmission",from the four dimensions of technology network,production capacity network,trade network and cooperation network,the results of regional green energy cooperation since the establishment of the Lancang-Mekong mechanism and the direction of future cooperation are discussed,and the whole industrial chain in the region is integrated with each other,and energy prices and markets are unified In this regional trade,China masters the core technology and manufacturing process,becomes a leader in regional energy governance,builds an energy order and mechanism,contributes to the joint construction of a "green Lancang-Mekong region",and jointly builds a model of new sub-regional green energy cooperation between the Lancang-Mekong region.This paper takes the four aspects of green energy technology structure,production capacity structure,trade structure and cooperation structure of Lancang-Mekong countries from 2010 to 2020 as the main evaluation indicators,uses the entropy weight TOPSIS analysis method to construct the evaluation system of green energy cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong region,measures the current achievements and progress of green energy cooperation in China,Myanmar,Cambodia,Laos,Thailand and Vietnam,and the measurement results show that: First,green energy cooperation in Lancang-Mekong countries has experienced the embryonic stage and initial stage.At present,it is in the development stage,and in the new round of cooperation,it will enter a stage of rapid development.From the perspective of spatial scale,green energy cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong region is unbalanced,forming a regional network pattern of green energy cooperation with China,Thailand and Vietnam as the core,and Cambodia,Myanmar and Laos still in the outer circle of cooperation.Second,from the perspective of the effectiveness of comprehensive technical structure,equipment structure,production capacity structure and cooperation structure,the results of green energy cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong region are only in a good cooperation stage with China,Vietnam and Thailand are at a medium level of cooperation,while Cambodia,Myanmar and Laos are basically at a poor level of cooperation.Third,from the perspective of potential analysis,China belongs to potential remodeling;Thailand and Vietnam are potential development types;Myanmar,Cambodia and Laos belong to the three countries with great potential,and through the potential analysis,the Lancang-Mekong countries mainly cooperate in green energy in terms of industrial clusters,high technical cooperation,and the establishment of scientific research platforms.Fourth,according to the "sourcegrid-load-storage-transmission" security supply system,build the technical structure path,production capacity structure path,trade structure path and cooperation structure path of green energy cooperation in Lancang-Mekong countries.
