In the development process of the "Belt and Road",China’s cement plant construction projects in the world have increased,which puts forward higher requirements for the cement plant construction projects undertaken by relevant enterprises in China,but at present,the cement project implementation process has the phenomenon that model information and management business cannot be combined,digital management efficiency is low,construction process information cannot be timely feedback,and on-site management efficiency is low.In view of the above problems,through the study of the whole life cycle of cement engineering and the specification of cement engineering construction process,this paper introduces digital twin technology,proposes a digital twin system architecture for cement engineering,accelerates the construction speed of cement projects,and realizes refined management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)For the first time,the method of combining digital twin technology and cement engineering construction is proposed,and the characteristics of the whole life cycle of digital twin technology services are used to optimize the three stages of cement engineering design,construction and operation.Taking the firing kiln tail workshop in the new dry cement production process as an example,the three parts from the construction of the digital twin to the digital design realization of the whole life cycle of the firing kiln tail workshop and the design of the digital management system of the firing kiln tail workshop construction process are studied in depth.(2)Construction of digital twins in the firing kiln tail workshop.According to the characteristics of cement engineering construction specifications,the cement engineering construction process is decomposed by using the principle of hierarchical decomposition,the corresponding digital twin model is established and a coding method is designed to express the construction process and connect with the digital twin model;more than one modeling method is used to establish a functional model of the three dimensions of process,operation and visualization and realize data integration,and the information required for the integrated construction process is completed to form an integrated data and model structure.(3)The full life cycle digital design of the firing kiln tail is realized.Taking the firing kiln tail workshop as an example,first of all,starting from the needs of the three stages of its whole life cycle,the functional characteristics of each stage and the integration mode of the underlying data are studied,and then the implementation framework of each stage is proposed.In the design planning stage,the digital twin design framework is proposed to realize the integration of geometry,space,attributes,process,simulation and other information of the design model;in the construction stage,the construction process framework is proposed from the perspective of data collection mode and system management;the real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and postmaintenance of the production operation process is proposed for the operation characteristics of the firing kiln tail workshop in the production operation stage.(4)Construction process management system based on digital twins.On the basis of the on-site management structure and construction process of cement engineering,from the perspective of digital twin,the functional basis and system architecture of the construction process management system of the firing kiln tail workshop are proposed,and the functional sections of basic information management,construction management,quality management,cost management,and visual management are designed.Finally,taking the construction of the firing kiln tail workshop in the cement engineering project as an example,the remote management from the project establishment to the construction process management to the cost accounting and the online visual view of the construction site are realized,which optimizes the cement project management method and provides a reference for the design and functional design of the cement project management platform.
