| In the past decades, extensive development has been accompanied by deterioration of environmental quality and depletion of environmental resources. At present,China attaches great importance to high-quality development. The traditional model of "sacrificing the environment for economic growth" is not sustainable. It is urgent to promote the development of green economy. As a combination of green and innovation, green innovation is an important way to achieve intensive development and break the conflict between economic growth and environmental protection.Enterprises are not only the main body of market economy, but also the makers of environmental pollution. Therefore, how to promote enterprises to engage in green innovation has become an important problem to be solved. With the improvement of the environmental cogovernance system, environmental social organizations actively participate in environmental governance and have a positive impact on the environmental decisionmaking of enterprises. Therefore, based on game theory and econometrics, this thesis theoretically and empirically discusses the mechanism and actual effect of environmental social organizations’ participation in environmental governance on enterprise green innovation. The specific research is as follows.Firstly, this thesis studies the current situation of environmental social organization participation and enterprise green innovation. We systematically studies the development process and practice of the participation of environmental social organizations, the overall and classification of enterprise green innovation, and the role of environmental social organizations in enterprise green innovation. The results show that China’s environmental social organizations experience three major periods from rise to development and then to transformation. The development speed, institutional environment and main functions of each period are different. The overall level and quality of green innovation are low,and the innovation enthusiasm of heavily polluting enterprises is poor.Environmental social organizations play a role through interaction with governments, enterprises and consumers.Secondly, this thesis conducts empirical research on the impact of environmental social organizations’ participation on enterprise green innovation. We conducte research design, empirical analysis and robustness test. The results show that the participation of environmental social organizations significantly improve the green innovation of enterprises measured by the amount of green patent authorization. It is robust after the robustness test, such as parallel trend test, excluding other policy interference, and excluding the samples of municipalities directly under the Central Government. The participation of environmental social organizations not only improves the quantity of green innovation, but also improves the quality of green innovation. The participation of environmental social organizations also significantly promote the green innovation activities of state-owned enterprises, heavily polluting enterprises and enterprises with high environmental regulation intensity.Thirdly, this thesis conducts a game study on green innovation of enterprises with the participation of environmental social organizations. We build a four-agent evolutionary game model and analyze its stability. The results show that in the fourway evolutionary game system, the increase in the participation probability of environmental social organizations promotes the government’s stability strategy from unregulated to regulated, and the enterprise’s stability strategy from not adopting green technology to adopting green technology. The increase in the probability of government regulation promotes the stabilization strategy of environmental protection social organizations from non-participation to participation. The strategic stability of game players is also affected by their own profit and loss functions.Fourth, this thesis simulates the green innovation of enterprises with the participation of environmental social organizations. We build a four-way dynamics model and simulate the model. The results show that the initial strategy of the game agent affects the evolution path of the system. The larger the initial probability of the subject, the faster the system evolves to a stable state. The changes of main parameters, such as awards and penalties from superiors, green innovation subsidies, green consumption subsidies, government financial support, pollution administrative penalties, green innovation income increment, green preference income, environmental social organization trust and enterprise reputation loss, also affect the evolution path of the system. Finally, this thesis summarizes the above results, and puts forward policy recommendations from a multi-agent perspective, aiming at promoting the participation of environmental social organizations, encouraging green innovation of enterprises, and improving the environmental co-governance pattern.First, encourage the development of environmental social organizations and give full play to their professional advantages.Second, strengthen the disclosure of government environmental information and implement the environmental performance assessment system.Third, guide the green transformation of enterprises and strengthen environmental regulation.Fourth, improve consumers’ awareness of environmental protection and advocate green consumption in the whole society. In addition, this thesis points out the shortcomings and prospects of this thesis from the perspective of game, simulation and empirical. This thesis has 39 figures,14 tables and 79 references. |
