In the context of ecological civilization in China,water ecosystems,as the main supply body of urban systems,are important life support systems that support urban development and enhance human well-being.With the increase of productivity level,the health status of water ecosystem is influenced by both natural and human conditions.Especially in coal resource-based cities,disturbances under the simultaneous influence of mining activities and urbanization have a more direct and extensive impact on water ecosystems,sharply weakening the resilience of water ecosystems and triggering thoughts on urban-water relations.With rich hydrological resources and widely distributed and deeply buried coal resources,Huaibei city is an area with more concentrated distribution of coal mining subsidence wetlands in China,which leads to the fragility of the water landscape and instability of hydrological processes in Huaibei and affects the water ecological resilience of the city.In this thesis,from the perspective of improving the water ecological resilience,we take Huaibei city as the research object,and follow the research idea of "water ecological security pattern construction-water ecological resilience characteristics analysis and problem identification based on water ecological security pattern-urban water ecological resilience improvement strategy" to explore the coordination relationship between water ecological resilience and urban development system,and promote the sustainable development of Huaibei.The research idea is to explore the coordination between water ecological resilience and urban development system to promote the sustainable development of Huaibei.The thesis mainly includes:First,we assess the water ecological security of Huaibei with respect to the characteristics of water ecological response under different disturbances.The water ecosystem of Huaibei under the disturbance of coal mining and urbanization has been characterized by the increased risk of rainfall and flooding and the response of water environment damage.This thesis combines the PSR ecological evaluation model to select evaluation indicators of water ecological safety pattern from two dimensions of rainfall flood safety and water environment safety,and assess the safety state of water ecosystem in Huaibei city in the face of rainfall flooding hazard and water environment damage.The evaluation results of the two dimensions were also integrated to construct a comprehensive water ecological safety pattern and assess the overall safety of the water ecosystem in Huaibei.Second,the water ecological resilience level of Huaibei is assessed based on the water ecological safety pattern,and the weak water ecological resilience areas are identified.This thesis builds a coupling framework based on the key attributes of water ecological security pattern and water ecological resilience,and determines the level of water ecological resilience of Huaibei based on the water ecological security pattern.Under the guidance of the water ecological resilience of Huaibei,the current situation and future development plan of Huaibei are taken into account to clarify the characteristics of the water ecological resilience of Huaibei and identify the weak areas of the water ecological resilience of Huaibei.Third,based on the analysis of water ecological resilience characteristics and problem identification,we propose strategies to improve the water ecological resilience of Huaibei.To address the characteristics and problems of water ecological resilience of Huaibei in the face of rain and flood disasters and water environment damage,this thesis,guided by the concept of territorial spatial planning and urban-water integration,respectively,through the division of urban development intensity control zone,the construction of urban flood control system,the construction of the ecological network of "blue and green,ecological integration of the city" and the optimization of water-related spatial quality.In this thesis,we propose strategies to improve the water ecological resilience of Huaibei,and to coordinate urban development and water ecosystem protection in Huaibei,by defining the city with water,shaping the city with water,integrating the city with water,and promoting the city with water.By coupling water ecological security pattern with water ecological resilience,this thesis provides a systematic evaluation method for coping with urban crisis and ensuring urban security,realizing the coordination between economic and social development and resources and environment in Huaibei,and providing a basis for the improvement of water ecological resilience in Huaibei,which has important theoretical and practical significance. |
