At present,the competition of enterprises gradually changes to the competition for human resources.A large amount of data and empirical evidence showing that there is significant influence of employee participation on corporate performance and the overall value-added of the company.Studying and solving the problem of employee engagement is an important guarantee to promote and maintain the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises.This thesis investigates and evaluates the current situation of coal sales staff’s work engagement in YT Group,so as to improve the staff’s work dedication and promote the virtuous cycle of stable development of the company,staff and benefits.This thesis mainly adopts five analysis methods: questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,interview,literature method and observation method.Based on the guidelines for definition/exploration,analysis,processing,mindset,and steps for implementation,we can develop effective solutions to achieve the best results based on the challenges encountered.According to this structure,this paper has done research and exploration in the following areas:(1)The investigation of the current situation of coal sales employees’ engagement found that there are great problems and there is a relatively large room for improvement.(2)Differential analysis and study of the impact of different factors such as gender,age,education,rank,and length of service on employee engagement.(3)The factors affecting the work engagement of YT Group’s sales staff are mainly as follows: first,imperfect salary system;second,inadequate performance assessment mechanism;third,irregular selection and promotion mechanism;fourth,lack of perfect career development planning;fifth,influence of interpersonal factors;sixth,insufficient leadership ability;and seventh,defects in training and learning system.(4)The data analysis revealed a qualitative correlation and linear regression relationship between the influencing factors and the work engagement in YT Group.(5)In view of the above problems,combined with the specific actual situation of the company,we propose strategies from the company,management and personal aspects,focusing on improving the work dedication of employees,enhancing the vitality and power of stable and sustainable development of the enterprise,and achieving a win-win situation for both individuals and the organization.
