| With the continuous progress of the times,the new development concept has deeply rooted in people’s hearts.The introduction of the energy dual control policy is a manifestation of the increasing demand for energy from all sectors of society.At present,the main energy production mode in China is still thermal power generation,and the current situation of coal based energy structure is difficult to change in a short period of time.For traditional domestic power generation enterprises,how to adapt to the energy dual control policy and enhance market competitiveness is an important issue.As an important part of power plant production,the optimization of the coal supply chain is particularly important.This article takes H Power Plant,a cogeneration enterprise,as the research object.Through interpreting the "energy dual control" policy,starting from concepts and theories such as supply chain management and separation of goods and commerce,the necessity and feasibility of supply chain optimization are elaborated.Through macro environmental analysis,the current situation and optimization needs of H Power Plant are analyzed,and it is pointed out that its production management methods are relatively traditional There are issues such as unstable procurement funding guarantee and low level of intelligent informatization.Through data comparison and interview research,it is analyzed that the reasons for the problems lie in insufficient market research and traditional management methods,weak funding sources and inadequate guarantee measures,insufficient technical attention,and insufficient research and development investment.Taking into account the input-output ratio and implementation difficulty of optimization measures,by summarizing and drawing on past successful experiences,this paper proposes to deepen internal reform of power plants,establish stable supplier cooperation relationships,optimize investment and financing strategies,and establish a customer credit evaluation system from three aspects: establishing an integrated management model,strengthening financial support capabilities,and optimizing technical talent support Establish 12 targeted optimization strategies for the electric coal supply chain,including the establishment of an information integration platform for the electric coal supply chain.The research results of this article can help H Power Plant improve the operational quality and efficiency of the coal supply chain,thereby promoting the overall operational efficiency,and have certain reference value for similar enterprises. |
