As climate issues gradually become the focus of human survival and development,the "dual carbon" goal has become a major national strategy,and the chemical industry is one of the key industries for carbon emissions.Enterprises’ carbon emissions are under enormous pressure in terms of economy,market,and law.Therefore,it is particularly urgent for enterprises to evaluate the current carbon emission management situation through the low-carbon management evaluation system,and improve the level of low-carbon management based on the results.As an enterprise with certain influence in the dye subdivision industry,HK enterprise should implement and improve low-carbon management as soon as possible under the background of the "double carbon" goal,so as to enhance its competitiveness.Based on sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,and corporate social responsibility theory,based on the existing literature,research on low-carbon management and low-carbon management evaluation system.First of all,understand the general situation of enterprise development,analyze the internal and external environment of HK enterprises,discover the necessity and urgency of enterprises to improve low-carbon management.Investigate the current situation of the low carbon management evaluation system of HK enterprises,and analyze the specific problems through interviews.Then,based on the previous literature research,the AHP is used to determine the index weight,and the low-carbon management evaluation system is reconstructed and optimized.Finally,the actual effect is verified through the application of the system.Based on this research,after summarizing all the evaluation scores and enterprise data,calculate the low-carbon management score and grade of HK enterprises according to the weight of each index,and judge the current management problems of HK enterprises based on the scores of various indicators,and propose to improve low-carbon management accordingly Effective measures to achieve the "double carbon" goal. |
