At present,with the development of modern society,the disposal of domestic garbage is always an important social and environmental problem in the process of society.In recent years,under the general environment of garbage sorting,the common garbage sorting products in residential areas have not been able to meet people’s quality of life requirements.Based on persuasion theory,this paper designs a household garbage product system based on household garbage products,corresponding to APP and community public garbage products.Under the guidance of persuasion behavior model,this paper analyzes the factors of user behavior,takes persuasion principle as the starting point,and obtains the optimal design of household garbage products.First of all,based on the principle of persuasion,this paper analyzes the behavior of urban residents for the users,in order to help the residents to better target behavior and complete the garbage classification.In this paper,the concept and design of persuasion theory and model are integrated and combed,and a clear persuasion design strategy is proposed based on the motivation,ability and trigger of three elements of persuasion behavior and 28 strategies of PSD persuasion design.Secondly,this paper mainly focuses on the environment and residents of the domestic community as research objectives.The behavior,habits and attitudes of urban residents and users in garbage classification are investigated.A questionnaire survey based on the principle of persuasion and a user interview were used to investigate and analyze the residents of the community.The results show that although most residents realize the significance of garbage sorting,it is still difficult to do so in practice.According to the results of the investigation,the reasons why residents are affected in the classification of household waste are summarized.Then,through persuasion principle and persuasion strategy,the three main influencing factors and 28 persuasion strategies of household waste classification behavior are analyzed.The design practice is divided into smart household garbage sorting products,community garbage sorting products and love of the classification of APP products.In conclusion,the paper takes persuasion theory as a means to obtain concrete persuasion design strategy,and discusses the clear design of waste classification products.This thesis extends the application of persuasion principle and provides guidance for the interactive design and application in the field of good living and environmental protection of urban residents.It is hoped that raising residents’ awareness and enthusiasm for household waste classification and promoting its popularization and popularization will make positive contributions to the cause of urban environmental protection.
