The cotton produced in Aksu region is famous all over the world for its excellent quality such as good color and long fiber, and has become a famous cotton production base.Plastic film mulching technology is a necessary guarantee for cotton planting in Aksu area.During the use of plastic film for many years, the recycling is not complete, which gradually leads to serious white pollution, which has seriously threatened the sustainable development and ecological balance of agricultural land.At present, there is a lack of data on the residual amount of agricultural mulch film and a feasible treatment plan for mulch film residue. Therefore, this paper takes the typical cotton-growing Aksu area as an example to discuss the countermeasures for the pollution control of mulch film residue.Based on literature data and field research, this paper has obtained a large amount of reliable and realistic data.Through the analysis and sorting of the data, combined with the information obtained from the visits to government departments, the current situation of residual pollution of mulch film and the effective control measures at the current stage are carried out.System summary.Aiming at the climate, water resources and pollution status in Aksu area, systematically analyzed the status quo of plastic film residual pollution and limiting solution factors, expounded the impact and damage of plastic film residual pollution on soil, organisms and ecology, artificial residual film recycling and mechanical residual film recycling The current situation, the application prospect of biodegradable mulch film, the research status and the measures taken by government departments and regions at this stage, etc.Through the investigation and research of Aksu area,it is found that the cause of serious plastic film pollution is the result of many factors. There are not only subjective reasons such as farmers’ poor awareness of pollution prevention and control, and inadequate regulatory measures, but also objective reasons such as insufficient research on residual film recycling machines and degradable mulch films.Based on the evaluation model of the analytic hierarchy process,it is known that in terms of economic benefits, cotton farmers’ annual new income has the largest weight; In terms of governance objectives, improving the level of recycling and reuse of residual film, increasing the annual income of cotton farmers and reducing new pollution from residual film are the main ways to control the problem of plastic film residue at this stage. To sum up,the formation of plastic film pollution in Aksu area is the result of the joint action of many factors. To solve the problem of plastic film pollution needs to start from both subjective and objective aspects.Subjectively, farmers’ awareness of environmental protection and supervision measures should be improved, and objectively, investment in scientific and technological research and development should be increased to develop residual film recovery machines and biodegradable films.According to the evaluation of analytic hierarchy process, improving the recycling rate of residual film, increasing farmers’ income and reducing new pollution are the main methods to solve the pollution of plastic film at present. This requires the joint participation of the government, enterprises and farmers to take practical and effective measures in terms of supervision, economic incentives and technical support. This study can provide guidance and reference for plastic film pollution control, residual film recycling, and residual film recycling machine development. |
