Plastic film mulching technology plays an important role in the agricultural production in the arid and cold regions. At the same time, the residual film pollution in farmland has also become a major issue affecting the sustainable development of regional agricultural production.Based on the residual film data of140 sampling sites in Xinjiang(including XPCC),561 questionnaires and 70 soil samples, this paper studied the current situation of residual film pollution in farmland, the application characteristics of plastic film, the residual characteristics of plastic film and the influence of plastic film residue on soil nutrients under different farmland management modes. The plastic film substitution technology was selected in the plastic film reduction pathway, and the comparison test of total biodegradable plastic film was carried out on processing tomatoes to verify the possibility of its substitution,so as to establish the plastic film pollution prevention measures to meet the dual challenges of food security and agricultural sustainable development in Xinjiang. The results are as follows:(1)In terms of film residue, there was no significant difference in film residue between the Northern Xinjiang Corps and local farmlands;the residual film in farmland in southern Xinjiang was significantly higher than that in XPCC,which was 38.93 kg/hm~2(P<0.05).The residual amount of farmland plastic film in the Eastern Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was significantly higher than that in the local area, which was 162.60 kg/hm~2 higher(P<0.05).In terms of film recovery methods, the Corps and localities are mainly used to clean up all the surface after the tillage and pick up again and only for surface cleaning. In terms of residual film treatment, the corps mainly used the methods of landfill and incineration after collection, while the methods of landfill, incineration, placing on the roadside and selling residual film in different places were used.Different farmland management measures lead to differences in film residue.(2)The results of film application characteristics showed that the average annual growth rate of film consumption, film use intensity and film coverage ratio in small areas was higher. The results of film residue characteristics showed that the amount of film input was the key factor affecting film residue.(3)In the study of PE film substitution technology, the three different total biodegradable films can meet the requirements of mechanical operation in processing tomato planting. After 60 days of coating film, the soil warming performance of each treatment tends to be consistent.During 65-72 days of coating film, each treatment shows different degrees of degradation, and its yield is significantly higher than that of PE film.Meet the needs of crop growth, can effectively replace polyethylene mulch cover. |
