Research On Ecological Governance Of Southern Xinjiang Corps From The Perspective Of Green Development Concept

The 20 th Party Congress report points out that promoting green development and promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Green is the color of development,but also to promote the transformation of production and development mode,promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature inevitable requirements,promote China always adhere to the ecological civilization construction road.General Secretary Xi Jinping in Xinjiang and the Corps stressed the need to adhere to the integrated protection and systematic management of mountains,water,forests,lakes,lakes,grasses and sand,promote ecological priority,green development,in-depth fight the battle of pollution prevention and control,and strictly adhere to the ecological protection red line.Remembering and implementing the General Secretary’s wishes,the divisions and cities of Xinjiang South Xinjiang Corps deeply implement the concept of green development,actively explore new paths of ecological governance in the South Xinjiang Corps,accelerate the construction of the beautiful Corps,as a good ecological guardian.This study is based on a systematic review of the theoretical ideas of green development,ecological governance and the ecological governance of the Xinjiang South Xinjiang Corps,in the context of the green development concept.On the one hand,the survey can understand the effectiveness of ecological governance in the four divisions of South Xinjiang Corps,and on the other hand,the survey can also understand the problems in the ecological governance of South Xinjiang Corps,namely,the awareness of ecological governance needs to be improved,the transformation of ecological economic development is slow,the ecological governance mechanism needs to be improved,and the ecosystem governance needs to be strengthened.Under the perspective of green development,through the analysis and research of ecological governance problems,we analyze the causes of ecological governance problems in South Xinjiang Corps from four aspects: ecological governance concept,economic development mode,ecological governance mechanism,and ecosystem protection and restoration,namely,ecological governance publicity is not in place,green ecological economy development is not mature,ecological governance system guarantee is not perfect,and ecological protection and restoration capacity is not The reasons for the problems of ecological governance in South Xinjiang Corps are: inadequate promotion of ecological governance,immature development of green ecological economy,imperfect guarantee of ecological governance system,and imperfect capacity of ecological protection and restoration.By analyzing the causes of ecological governance problems in South Xinjiang Corps,we aim to study the improvement path of ecological governance in South Xinjiang Corps from the perspectives of establishing modern ecological governance concept,promoting ecological transformation of economic development,improving long-term mechanism of ecological governance,and strengthening ecological protection and restoration capacity,so as to improve and enhance the quality of ecological environment in South Xinjiang Corps,collaboratively promote the high level of ecological civilization in South Xinjiang Corps Development,effective ecological guardian,and create a new situation of beautiful Corps construction.
