Research On The Ecological Responsibility Of Enterprises Under The Concept Of Green Development

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee put forward the green development concept and the green development concept as the long-term strategic goal of China's economic development.The concept of green development is the innovative idea of the combination of Marxist theory of ecological civilization and the actual development of China's economy and society.It is a great idea to deeply embody the law of economic and social development in the new stage.At present,one of the main contradictions in the development of social economy is that the traditional development mode of resource and environment carrying capacity is close to the limit,high input,high consumption and high pollution is unsustainable.Comrade Xi Jinping stressed that relying solely on stimulating policies and government direct growth of large-scale direct intervention in the economy,only a temporary solution,no cure,and established in a large number of resource consumption,environmental pollution,based on the growth is more difficult to lasting.In the process of government and society to improve the ecological environment,enterprises as an important part of society,its commitment to ecological responsibility more and more people's attention.Therefore,it is beneficial to the government and the society to perfect the construction of the laws,systems,policies and public opinion of the enterprises in the ecological responsibility of the enterprises under the realistic situation of the comprehensive rule of law and green development.The enterprise itself is more responsible for ecological responsibility,to promote the construction of ecological civilization is of great significance.This paper is based on the green development concept.Firstly,the paper elaborated the related theory of corporate ecological responsibility and its historical development,explored the implication of Marx's ecological philosophy principle,and compared the development of domestic and foreign enterprises ecological responsibility.Secondly,the idea of green development under the background of the enterprise.Facing the huge challenge under the new situation,the shuffling mechanism contained in the concept of green development has put forward new requirements for enterprises,the enterprises are facing the new form,new requirements,new challenges are analyzed and summarized.At the same time this paper on how to promote the enterprise to realize the ecological responsibility to perform The analysis,and puts forward five feasible mechanism,promote the combination of internal and external corporate ecological responsibility.Finally,we will list the fore typical cases,on both sides of the pros and cons of corporate ecological responsibility are analyzed,thus providing a set of lessons for other enterprises of China's ecological responsibility.
