Research On The Application Of Ecological Printing Dyeing In The Design Of Cultural And Creative Products

With the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry around the concept of sustainable development,the ancient dyeing process of plant dyeing has attracted widespread attention.In addition to the inherent color charm of plant dyeing,plant transfer dyeing also has a rich and changeable pattern expression effect,and the unique natural aesthetics and ecological environmental protection value embodied in the process itself are in line with the trend of today’s social development.This project mainly uses experimental methods to study the plant transfer and dyeing process.According to the review of domestic and foreign data,the origin and development of plant transfer and dyeing process is analyzed,and the characteristics of plant transfer dyeing are analyzed in depth,and the process performance characteristics are deeply interpreted from four aspects: color expression,blot effect,vein texture and material properties,and the contemporary application value of plant transfer and dyeing process is proposed,which provides theoretical support for the later innovative design method.According to the process experiment,the four types of processes of knocking method,steaming method,boiling method and mordant method were compared and analyzed,the scope of application of the process was summarized,and the influencing factors of the dyeing effect were summarized,so as to deepen the overall grasp of the basic process of plant transfer and dyeing,and provide a basis for the innovation and improvement of dyeing technology and methods.Combined with the principle of traditional printing and dyeing process,the theoretical method is summarized according to the hierarchical change of the relationship between the dyeing effect map,so as to enrich the artistic expression style of plant transfer and dyeing.Based on the application status and case analysis of plant transfer dyeing in domestic and foreign markets,according to the aesthetic performance characteristics of the process,the innovative design methods of plant transfer dyeing in cultural and creative products are explored around the three aspects of pattern,color and texture.Finally,based on the traditional Chinese tea culture,the design practice is carried out,the process techniques and design methods summarized above are practically applied,the design style expression of plant transfer and dyeing is enriched,and the tea cultural and creative products with national aesthetic characteristics are designed.With the help of the concept of tea,strengthen the spiritual and cultural connotation of plant transfer dyeing products,adapt to the needs of today’s consumers for physical and mental healing and human temperature,and interpret the innovation and era value of plant transfer dyeing under the influence of new regional culture.
