| Climate change is a global problem facing human beings.In the face of the global growing carbon emissions and ecological and environmental problems,green development targeting carbon peak and carbon neutrality has become a global consensus.China takes green development as an important part of building a modern economic system,and as an important systematic project to practice the concept that clear waters and green mountains are gold and silver mountains,and to form a new pattern of harmonious development between man and nature.Low-carbon and green industrial transformation has become a major national development strategy.As the basis of the real economy,the richness of the "green gene" of the manufacturing industry is of great significance to alleviating the ecological pressure and supporting the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy.Therefore,this paper evaluates the green innovation ability of the manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province from the perspective of low-carbon economy,which is of great significance for the national economic development of Liaoning Province.This paper is based on the industrial upgrading theory,technological innovation theory and sustainable development theory,Combined with the green innovation evaluation index system referring to domestic and foreign literature and the connotation and basic characteristics of green innovation,Analyze the development status of low-carbon economy and the green innovation capacity of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,With four first-level indicators: low-carbon development capacity,green innovation input in manufacturing,manufacturing green innovation output and manufacturing green innovation environment,With 16 secondary indicators,including industrial energy output,energy output and invention patent ownership,Together,the evaluation index system of green innovation capacity of manufacturing industry in Liaoning province under the perspective of low-carbon economy is formed.Factor analysis method and cluster analysis method are used to process and analyze the relevant data,and to comprehensively evaluate the green innovation ability of the manufacturing industry in Liaoning province from the perspective of low-carbon economy.Combined with the present situation analysis and the empirical results,draw lessons from the low carbon economy under the perspective of manufacturing green innovation ability improve more successful countries and regions,in accelerate the transformation and upgrading of low carbon and green,build manufacturing green low carbon development elements support system,promote manufacturing green independent innovation ability,build green manufacturing industry chain and speed up the infrastructure green to upgrade five aspects to promote manufacturing green innovation ability in Liaoning province. |
