| Magnetron shape memory alloy(MSMA)is a new functional material with bidirectional shape memory effect,which has the advantages of large magnetically induced strain and fast response frequency under the action of magnetic field and force.In this paper,we establish the mathematical model of the new MSMA sensor based on the inverse characteristics of MSMA,propose the HPSO algorithm to identify the parameters to be identified in the model,study the variation law of induced voltage under different input conditions and verify the correctness of the model.The specific work is as follows.The shape memory effect and inverse properties of the material are studied by analyzing the martensitic phase transformation of MSMA material.To carry out the study of the theory related to MSMA sensors based on the inverse properties of the material.To study the reorientation process and the intrinsic structure model of MSMA material and obtain its variable volume fraction model.By analyzing the magnetic circuit of MSMA sensor,the magnetic circuit model of the sensor is established and optimized according to the new sensor structure,and the magnetoresistive model of the material is improved.Based on the microscopic model of the material and the magnetic circuit model of the sensor,the induced voltage model of the sensor is established based on the principle of electromagnetism,and the number of parameters to be identified in the model is reduced from 7 to 4.An improved hybrid particle swarm(HPSO)algorithm is proposed for the parameters to be identified in the induced voltage model.The experimental results show that the proposed HPSO algorithm has faster solution rate and global search capability,and it is also verified that the average error rate of the model identified by the HPSO algorithm is lower and fits better with the experimental values.Based on the MSMA sensor experimental system,the relationship between the output voltage of the sensor and the amplitude and frequency of the magnetic field and force under the action of sinusoidal excitation force is studied.The input and output characteristics of the MSMA sensor are studied experimentally to analyze the variation law of the induced voltage under the action of a single variable and the influence law of two variables changing simultaneously on the induced voltage,and the experimental results are compared with the theoretical calculated values,and the experimental results verify the accuracy of the induced voltage model and the parameter identification algorithm established in this paper. |
