Research On The Practice And Improvement Of The Concept Of "Green Water And Green Mountains Are Gold And Silver Mountains" In Yunna

The concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" has been developed and perfected through more than ten years of theoretical development and practical testing of specific issues,and is the core concept of building a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.The concept of "green water and green mountains is the silver mountain" is a lineage and as a superstructure,further developed in the specific practice from point to line and then to the surface of the region.Yunnan Province is a treasure trove of biodiversity and an ecological security barrier in the southwest of China,with a rich representation of natural and cultural resources and an important ecological location.As early as 1996,Yunnan Province took the lead in research,exploration and practice of a new nature reserve model of national parks.In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that Yunnan should strive to become a leader in the construction of ecological civilization in the country;in 2018,he emphasized that the effective path of transforming "green water and green mountains" into "golden mountains" is the solution to the problem of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".The key to the practice of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets";and in 2020,when he visited Yunnan again,he called for "continuous new progress".This paper summarizes the practical experience of "green water and green hills are golden mountains" in Yunnan through literature review and case studies,and analyses the bottlenecks faced in Yunnan’s current practice from the perspectives of materialist dialectics,Marxist political economy and historical materialism,i.e.the complex and diverse ecological environment,the constraints of economic development and the lack of endogenous power.The analysis concludes that to improve the practice of the concept of "green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold" in Yunnan,for example,it is necessary to grasp the historical characteristics of the new era,take into account the specificities of the local culture,combine the traditional ecological view with the theory of productivity,and pay attention to grasping unity in opposition and unity in unity,so that "green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold" can be improved in practice.In order to make the concept of"green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold" permeate all aspects of social,economic and cultural development.
