| In recent years,the overall situation of electric power safety production has been stable.However,China’s energy consumption has grown rapidly,and energy development has entered a new stage.With the significant increase in supply assurance pressure,some deep-seated contradictions in the safe production of thermal power plants have become prominent,and risks and hidden dangers have increased.Currently,the emergency management capabilities of thermal power plants do not match the requirements for energy safety assurance,and it is necessary to further comprehensively improve the emergency management capabilities of enterprises.As a form of virtual reality technology,Web3 D technology is deeply integrated with the industrial Internet,and has been widely used in various fields such as industrial production,education and training,mine safety,natural disasters,and has achieved certain results.This article has studied the actual needs of emergency management in thermal power plants,and based on these needs,combined with Web3 D technology,designed and developed a thermal power plant emergency management platform,applying virtual reality technology to enterprise emergency management.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combining the characteristics of emergency management in thermal power plants and analyzing different Web3 D technology development tools,a technical development framework for the emergency management platform "3ds Max+Unity+My SQL" is proposed.(2)By analyzing the demand for emergency management work in thermal power plant and combining with the current requirements for smart power plants construction and emergency capacity building,the basic requirements for emergency management platforms in thermal power plants have been determined.(3)Completed the overall design and functional implementation of the emergency management platform for thermal power plants,and constructed typical accident scenarios for thermal power generation enterprises based on Web3 D technology,achieving multi person collaborative emergency drills for typical accident emergency plans of thermal power plants.The emergency management platform for thermal power plant based on Web3 D technology proposed in this article applies virtual reality technology to the emergency management of thermal power plants,not only improving the quality and effectiveness of enterprise emergency exercise,but also making enterprise emergency management work more scientific,professional,intelligent,and refined.The research results will assist the modernization of emergency management systems and capabilities of thermal power plants. |
