| As the global climate continues to deteriorate and resource waste continues to increase,creating a society that saves energy and reduces pollution and emissions has become an important issue that needs to be resolved.As an important pillar of the development of the national economy,the electric power industry creates economic benefits while also causing serious environmental pollution.The pollution caused by the thermal power generation industry is particularly prominent.The country clearly emphasized the importance of green development in the "13th Five-Year Plan",and the characteristics of "high energy consumption and high pollution" of thermal power generation have become a key industry that the country pays attention to on the road to sustainable development.Therefore,the accurate calculation of the efficiency of the thermal power industry and the understanding of the intensity of the influencing factors that lead to changes in the efficiency of thermal power are of great significance to my country’s goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper uses the SBM model with undesired output,combined with the global reference Malquist index method,to statically and dynamically calculates the thermal power generation efficiency of 30 provinces and cities in my country from 2008 to 2017,and uses the Tobit regression model on this basis.In-depth analysis of the degree of influence of factors affecting thermal power generation efficiency.The study found that between 2008 and 2017,the overall thermal power generation technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency average change trends of 30 provinces in China were similar,and the correlation between the two was strong,and the overall scale efficiency showed a slow downward trend;China’s three major regional firepower The overall technical efficiency of power generation has remained stable,but there are obvious differences in the efficiency of regional thermal power generation.The technical efficiency of thermal power generation in the east is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions,followed by the western region,and the lowest in the central region.The provinces with higher efficiency are mainly concentrated in the eastern region.From the perspective of the factors affecting the efficiency of thermal power generation in my country,the proportion of the secondary industry,the price of electricity,the degree of opening to the outside world,and the proportion of R&D investment have a significant positive correlation with the efficiency of thermal power generation.The degree of opening to the outside world is more significant than other influencing factors. |
