Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Incremental Asset And Stock Asset Management In Oilfield Enterprises

As an important part of enterprise management,asset management has an important impact on the operation and development of enterprises.It is extremely important for oilfield enterprises to manage the asset,because they are asset-intensive.As oilfield development enters the middle and late stages,oilfield companies are under increasing pressure on economic benefits,stable production of oil and gas,environmental protection and safety,conflicts such as profitability reducing and difficulty in effective resource replacement are particularly thorny.To make matters worse,with the impact of various uncertain factors such as the global economic downturn caused by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the development of oilfield enterprises is facing severe challenges.At present,China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.How to make better use of the strategic supporting role of the state-owned enterprises,improve the ability to create benefits of asset,and enhance the level of asset management has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in the asset management of oilfield enterprises.On the basis of sorting out the literature on asset management,performance evaluation,and performance evaluation of asset management in oilfield enterprise,this paper summarizes the relevant research status,theory and practice,and forms the theoretical basis of this paper.Through field investigation,the current situation of asset management in oilfield enterprises was analyzed,and it was found that there were problems in the performance evaluation of asset management,such as incomplete evaluation mechanism,incomplete evaluation methods,and failure to reasonably apply the evaluation results to practice.Based on asset life cycle management theory and the characteristics of the oil field enterprise asset,the oilfield enterprise asset can be divided into incremental asset and stock asset.Selecting 24 indicators in five dimensions which from the benefit index,efficiency index,control index,development index,environmental and safety index,and choosing the comprehensive performance evaluation model including combination weighting and TOPSIS method,the performance evaluation system of asset management for oil field enterprises is constructed.Finally,the data of a certain oilfield company was selected for simulation application,and the corresponding strategy of improving quality and efficiency was formed,and the safeguard measures for system application were put forward.To establish the performance evaluation system of asset management for oil field enterprises can help oilfield enterprises to play a guiding role in performance evaluation,discover asset management problems,improve asset management work and enhance the asset management level of oilfield enterprises.Meanwhile,it is of great significance for the high-quality development of oilfield enterprises.
