| In the context of the in-depth development of supply-side reforms,domestic corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions have gradually become a new trend.Through merger and reorganization,enterprises can further develop economies of scale,and thus greatly enhance their market competitiveness.Through the analysis of a large number of enterprise restructuring cases,it is found that there are many reasons for the difficulty of enterprise restructuring,one of which is the lack of effective talent development program after enterprise restructuring.The research object of this paper is XX Company after restructuring.Taking the four indicators of talent evaluation and four aspects of talent development as the main line,this paper starts with the research on the existing problems in talent development of the company,mainly using literature research,field research,expert interview and other research methods.First of all,based on the production and operation of XX company after the reorganization,we put forward requirements for its human development;Secondly,we analyzed the current situation of talent development,and concluded that the number of talents is insufficient,the quality is low,the structure is unbalanced,the efficiency is weak,and the development of talent in the concept adjustment,knowledge update,skills improvement,performance change four aspects of the problems;Then,we analyze the reasons behind it from three aspects: history,system and enterprise itself.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,we designed the talent development plan of the restructured XX company,made clear the objectives and principles of talent development,took optimizing the number,quality,structure and efficiency of talents as the main idea,took promoting concept adjustment,speeding up knowledge updating,strengthening skills improvement and promoting performance transformation as the main measures,and strengthened cultural and economic cooperation System,technology and organization.Through the design and implementation of the above scheme,we can help the restructured XX company to improve the development of talent,improve the core competitiveness and achieve high-quality development.Although the research object of this paper is XX company,the problem of talent development is a common problem that enterprises must face after reorganization.Therefore,the scheme designed in this paper can provide reference for similar enterprises. |
