At present,the reform of China's steel enterprises will be imminent.The ta sk of eliminating backward production capacity,reducing production costs and r educing pollution emissions must be solved by bringing in a large number of ta lents.With the steel enterprise tons of low profits,equipment and other reasons,its internal is spontaneously carried out to reduce production capacity,and eve n the lower efficiency of the enterprise seeking to shut down directly,resulting in a large number of steel workers laid off,the entire steel industry is now fac ing its unprecedented severe test.Many people in China's industry still face gre at challenges,as a large employer of steel enterprises on the employment of col lege students have an important impact.In recent years,the steel industry as a whole is facing losses and the impact of the national production capacity policy,the steel industry is low concentration,the steel product structure is unreasona ble,steel enterprises can only improve their competitiveness through cost-saving efficiency.Under such circumstances,China's steel enterprises must be transfor med,in the process of transformation,a large number of steel enterprises to lay off workers at the same time to do "less and fine",so the employment of coll ege students put forward new ideas and thinking.Based on the change of talent demand of steel enterprises,this paper studi es the influence and countermeasure of the employment of college students.The author takes the literature review,the case list empirical analysis method these two methods to study.This article is divided into five components.First of all,it mainly introduces the significance of research,the background of research a nd domestic and foreign research,analyzes the current situation at home and ab road,and provides the basis and reference for the research of this paper.Secon dly,the employment theory is studied,which is divided into the traditional emp loyment theory and modern economic employment theory,including the theory of automatic equilibrium of employment,the theory of economic cycle fluctuatio n,the employment theory of Bear Pitt,the Keynesian theory,the Phillips curve,the post-Keynesian mainstream employment theory,and the monetarist employ ment theory.The current situation of talents,talent structure,demand changes a nd employment status of college students in steel enterprises are studied again,and the status quo of steel enterprises and talents are introduced respectively,an d the employment situation of college students is investigated and analyzed.The n,make full use of SWOT's analysis method,analyze the impact of the transfo rmation of steel enterprises on the employment of college students,and expound the opportunities and challenges of the transformation of steel enterprises to th e employment of college students,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of college students' employment.Finally,according to the basis of the research,this paper puts forward the main viewpoint,the countermeasure thinking to im prove the employment of college students,mainly put forward the following co untermeasures:(1)improve the employment environment of steel enterprises;Ad apt to employment;(5)suggestions for improving the quality of training for ste el college students in colleges and universities.Through the research on the change of the demand of steel enterprises in t he current employment,we hope to provide effective help to the recruitment of talents for steel enterprises,and provide useful reference for the training,empl oyment and use of college graduates.
