Under the influence of three factors,namely,the epidemic situation,the economic downturn and the increase of tobacco control,the world tobacco development environment has become severe and complex.Although China Tobacco has shown a good trend driven by strong industrial regulation,it also faces problems such as cigarette demand approaching the peak.The high-quality development of the industry is facing challenges.While the growth of traditional cigarettes has been sluggish,medium cigarettes have sprung up.The domestic medium cigarette market has maintained a rapid growth trend,and its huge growth space in the future has attracted high attention from both inside and outside the industry.Dachongjiu brand is the only super high-end brand of Y company.As one of the four products of Dachongjiu brand of Y company,the importance of Zhongzhi Dachongjiu cigarette is self-evident.It is a very important task for Y Company to formulate and select the competitive strategy of Zhongzhi Dachongjiu cigarette and keep Y Company as the "leader" in the fierce competition.This article analyzes the external environment of Y Company through literature research,survey methods,comparative research methods,statistical analysis,etc.,and uses PEST and the Five Forces Model to identify the opportunities and threats faced by the competition of Zhongzhi Dachongjiu Nine Cigarettes.The corresponding scores are obtained using the external factor evaluation matrix.Analyze the internal environment of Company Y,identify its strengths and weaknesses,and use the internal factor evaluation matrix to obtain corresponding scores.The conclusion is drawn that the competitive strategy of Zhongzhi Dachongjiu Cigarettes should choose differentiated competitive strategy.The quantitative strategic planning matrix is used for analysis,which further verifies that adopting differentiated competitive strategy is the optimal choice for Zhongzhi Dachongjiu Cigarettes.Finally,specific implementation measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of differentiated competition in Zhongzhi Dachongjiu Cigarettes.
