Firstly,the text takes the SDSL cement company as the research object,elaborates the background,significance,research contents,research methods and paper framework;Introduces the development history of competitive strategy theory;Summarizes the general analysis tool for competitive strategy;Makes sure the three basic types of competitive strategy.Secondly,analyses the external environment of SDSL cement company by using the external environment analytical method,analyses the macro environment of SDSL cement company by using the PEST analytical method;Making use of the five competitive forces method to analyse the competitive environment of SDSL cement company;Using the competitive profile matrix to analyse the major competitor;On the basis of the previous analysis,we find out the opportunities and threats that the SDSL cement company faced,Seizing the opportunity and avoiding the threat ability of the company was evaluated by using the external factor evaluation matrix method(EFE matrix),and the conclusion shows that the company's external attraction is much stronger.Thirdly,analyse the internal conditions of the SDSL cement company by using the internal condition analytical method,Introduces the basic situation;analyse the company's resources and capabilities;and the company's Core Competence and Value Chain;then we find out the advantages and disadvantages that SDSL faced,Exert one's superiority and restrain one's inferiority ability of the company was evaluated using internal factor evaluation matrix method(IFE matrix),and the conclusion shows that the company's internal attraction is stronger.And clear the advantages and disadvantages faced by enterprises.Alternative competitive strategies include the Overall cost leadership competitive strategy,the differentiation competitive strategy and the focus competitive strategy,analyse the alternative competitive strategies,Establishing the quantitative strategic planning matrix,adopting QSPM evaluation method,Determine the competitive strategy of SDSL cement company-differentiation strategy.According to the actual situation of SDSL cement company,the implementation of the proposed SDSL cement differential competitive strategy of company,put forward from the aspects of optimizing the organizational structure and human resources management,enhance product quality and cost control,improve the marketing management,enhance product development and innovation and create new profit growth point.
