| The reconfigurable machine tool is the main equipment of the reconfigurable manufacturing system,and its structural configuration directly affects the operating effect of the reconfigurable manufacturing system.At present,there are many studies on the structural design of reconfigurable machine tools,but the systematic RMT design method has not yet been formed,and the relevant prototype software is very few,and it has not yet been applied in practice.Based on the part family process plan,this paper studies the structural design method of reconfigurable machine tools and develops the RMT structural design prototype software system.First of all,the part processing information is described in a hierarchical manner,and a part processing information matrix is established to describe the specific information of each processing feature of the part,and then based on the concept of natural process unit,process unit,process segment,etc,the part process plan is planned,and by improving the longest common subsequence method,the similarity calculation of the process scheme is carried out,so as to select the part family process scheme with the highest similarity as the basis of RMT design.Secondly,the RMT motion function is analyzed,and the tool type,part surface feature type and machine tool motion function plan are mapped to form a tool and machining surface information resource library,which provides a basis for the programmatic automatic generation of RMT motion function plan.Then,by dividing and reorganizing the machine tool structure modules,the RMT concept functional autonomous module is formed,and then the RMT structure scheme is obtained according to the RMT motion function scheme and the tree search algorithm.Based on the SolidWorks platform,the module size drive and automatic Assembly function to realize the automatic generation of machine tool structure plan.Finally,based on C#,the RMT design prototype software system was developed to realize the automatic design of the reconfigurable machine tool structure.Taking the box parts family as an example,the feasibility verification of the developed RMT structure design method and prototype software system was carried out. |
