| Reconfigurable manufacturing system can solve the contradiction between flexible market response and low-cost and high-efficiency processing faced by the batch processing industry through rapid adjustment of its machine structure or component units.As the core equipment of reconfigurable manufacturing system,the structure of reconfigurable machine tool will directly affect the performance and efficiency of reconfigurable manufacturing system.At present,many scholars have conducted a lot of research on the design of reconfigurable machine tools and the application of reconfigurable manufacturing systems,but a systematic design method and mature application software for reconfigurable machine tools have not yet been formed,so this paper carries out research on the structural design of reconfigurable machine tools for box-type part groups and develops a prototype software system:(1)Research on reconfigurable manufacturing process solutions for box-type parts.Based on the machining information of box-type parts,the process solutions of box-type parts are generated by using hierarchical operations and tree diagram methods based on the concepts of natural process units,process units and process segments,and the process solutions of different parts within the part family are screened by balancing rate screening and similarity comparison,and the process solutions of the part family are preferably selected as the basis of reconfigurable machine structure design;(2)Establish the correlation between the part machining process scheme,reconfigurable machine motion function scheme and machine structure design.From the part group process scheme,select suitable modules,and automatically generate reconfigurable machine structure layout scheme based on module linkage and interface information;(3)Establishment of reconfigurable machine solution selection method.Generate multiple reconfigurable machine structure layout solutions for the same motion function,and perform static characteristics analysis of the RMT machine by finite element with the consideration of guideway bonding and bolt bonding,optimize the machine structure with tool displacement as the index,and perform dynamic characteristics analysis of the selected structure;(4)The prototype software system of reconfigurable machine tool structure design for boxtype parts was developed based on C#language and combined with database software to realize the automatic generation of reconfigurable machine tools and reconfigurable manufacturing system,and the feasibility was verified by using box-type parts as an example. |
