| Reconfigurable Machine Tools is an important component of RMS, is one of the key technology and equipment to achieve reconfigurable manufacturing systems. To satisfy the specific process tools, which are often difficult to change the function or the transition of production capacity to adapt to changing processing requirements. Reconfigurable machine tool is capable according to the change process, by module combination, move, replace or add configuration such as remodeling, obtain satisfies the requirement of the new process of machine tools. In this paper, the basic construction techniques based on the process requirements characteristics model of reconfigurable machine tool module, proposed a reconfigurable machine tool for multi-level mapping technology:the mapping method of process requirement characteristics to the function based on tool position and pose matrix and the mapping method of reconfigurable machine tool function to structure based on case-based reasoning. Through multi-level mapping, implementation process requirements to function and structure of mapping to solve. On this basis, the multi-layer mapping reconfigurable machine tool design system was developed.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduced the background and development of reconfigurable machine tools related technologies, introduced the key technology of reconfigurable machine tool design, and list the research background, research content and organizational framework.The second chapter for reconfigurable machine tool design process for some of the problems existing in process analysis, proposed a process requirement characteristics model. Through analyzed the process requirement characteristics, established the parts processing feature unit, realized the formal expression of the parts processing features, set up a corresponding process repository, processing characteristics to achieve the mapping tool, clustering analysis of part feature, and then completed the process requirements feature-level association graph and fuzzy clustering graph constructed to realize the process requirement characteristics of the model building.The third chapter established a mathematical model of the relationship between cutting tool and machining features on the surface to describe the relationship between cutting tool and machining features of surface. Proposed the mapping method of process requirement characteristics to the function based on tool position and pose matrix. Through the analysis of the tool position and pose matrix solver to determine the characteristics of reconfigurable machining tool surface of motor function. Analyzed the isomorphism and the variation of the machine motor function, the processing characteristics of a single motor function integrated, and reconfigurable machining tool got a certain type of parts required functionality.The fourth chapter in the process requirement characteristics model of reconfigurable machine tools and the mapping method of process requirement characteristics to the function based on tool position and pose matrix, proposed the mapping method of reconfigurable machine tool function to structure based on case-based reasoning. Through the establishment of machine tools function-structure view of information, and through function instances retrieved by the similarity of the structure that best matched the module, realized reconfigurable machine tool functions to map the structure and determined the structure of reconfigurable machine tool modules. Graph Theory and Methods was used to generate machine module topology scheme. Finally, an evaluation method based on Set Pair Analysis for the reconfigurable machine tool modular structure design preferred method was proposed to sort and optimize the structure scheme.The fifth chapter combined with the actual project, developed multi-layer mapping reconfigurable machine tool design system and had been successfully applied to verify the feasibility of the research methods.The sixth chapter summarized the main contents of the paper and related work, then prospected the future research work. |
