Scraping processing technology is one of the basic key technologies in the field of mechanical manufacturing.At present,there are certain researches on automatic scraping and grinding at home and abroad,but the research results have not been applied in the domestic market.The traditional processing method of manual scraping is still used.The traditional scraping process is a complicated and time-consuming technology,which puts forward high requirements on the experience and technical proficiency of the workers.The processing quality and efficiency of the workpiece are extremely affected by human factors.From the perspective of practical application,this paper designs and develops an automatic scraping processing system based on the automatic detection technology of scraping and grinding machined surface,combining the knowledge of fitter,modern manufacturing technology and computer numerical control technology,so that it can independently plan the processing path and automatically process the surface of the workpiece after the grinding detection.This article has achieved the following innovative results:Aiming at the deviation of the knife position caused by the bending and deformation of the spring leaf,a constant pressure machining method is proposed,which can maintain the stability of the force during the scraping process.Using single-factor experimental method,ABAQUS simulation analysis and experimental scraping combined method,the change of elastic force under different factors of Z-axis feed z_p and scraping force F is explored.Observe the obtained force curve and combine the properties of the processed material to determine the scraping action.Scrape the surface of the workpiece at different speeds.Collect the surface roughness after processing.The experimental results were compared and analyzed,and the optimal processing parameters were clarified.An automatic scraping processing technology based on high-point target contour segmentation method is proposed.According to the contour coordinates detected by the detection system,the contour graphics of the high points are divided,and the processing information is obtained after data processing.The traditional scraping and grinding processing technology is analyzed.The automatic scraping processing technology is defined.The weighted average algorithm is used to process the PPI and POP data information output by the workpiece surface inspection system to determine the processing method.The reason for the error of the detection result is analyzed,and the area calculation method of the center point triangulation is used to eliminate the error of the small high point.The closed curve formed by contour coordinates is studied.Based on the extraction of the smallest bound rectangle of the complex polygon,its graphics are segmented,and the required machining coordinate points and tool traces are obtained.The scraping path is generated after optimization processing using dynamic programming algorithm.The design scheme of the automatic scraping processing system is clarified.Using Microsoft Visual Studio as the development environment,using the C#graphical interface tool set and programming language to develop automatic scraping processing software.An automatic scraping processing experimental platform was built to complete the scraping processing experiment on the surface of the workpiece.The experimental results show that the processing system designed and developed can ensure the improvement of surface accuracy,and at the same time have the characteristics of low requirements,high efficiency and labor saving.
