The Flexible printing press is the mainstream packaging and printing equipment,and its application is very wide.Due to the mechanical vibration of the printing press influences its printing accuracy and reliability.Meanwhile,the vibration will cause some displacements and collisions among the mechanical structures during printing press process,what will result in wear parts and low precision problem,and so on.Printing ink thickness is an important indicator of the precision and stability,in the flexible printing press,scraping ink system is responsible for controlling the ink thickness,therefore,raising scraping ink system’s accuracy and stability is very vital significance to enhance the precision and improve quality of printing.In this paper,it has studied the vibration characteristics of the scraping ink system in flexible printing press,and explored the factors which affected the accuracy and stability of scraping ink system.It used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis and research the scraping ink system’s vibration,and made the test and verify.Based on the experimental results,the scraping ink system would be more stable and reliable depend on designing and improving the system.The main content of this research is as follows:(1)Researched the scraping blade institution’s vibration characteristics,set up 3d modeling,and used the ANSYS software to make a modal analysis about the scraping blade institution,established the scraping blade institution more order vibration mode and vibration equation.(2)Researched the printing unit’s vibration characteristic,made its finite element modal analysis,got the inherent frequency and vibration model,determined the main influence factors of printing unit’s vibration on scraping blade institution.(3)Analyzed the vibration characteristics of anilox roller,got the vibration data about the printing unit and anilox roller by a test,confirmed the anilox roller flexural deformation degree,and got its vibration equation.(4)Using the vibration synthesis theory,designed the calculation method of scraping ink system’s vibration equation,made the scraping ink system’s vibration simulation and improved its design,and also,validated by experiments.The experimental results show as below:After improving the scraping ink system of printing press,such as the vibration characteristic of the system,it was effectively improved the stability of scraping system.It also improved the precision of ink scraping process and kept the consistency of the amount of ink transfer.And furthermore,it reduced the waste of ink and related quality problems caused by uneven ink and improved the quality of printing.
