The project team management has become an extremely important and brand-new job in the current enterprise human resource management.The implementation of the project team management can achieve the win-win goal of the enterprise and the employees,and then enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise and the career development potential of the employees.This article uses the project team management theory and draws on the practical experience at home and abroad to analyze the current status of the K Petroleum Company’s project team management and its existing problems on the basis of extensive investigations,and uses factor analysis to manage the K Petroleum Company’s drilling rig projects team analyze the influencing factors,and finally put forward relevant improvement countermeasures of K Petroleum Company projects team management according to the weight of the influencing factors.Put forward a new perspective for the application of K Petroleum Company’s projects team management,and provide guidance and reference for improving and enhancing the enterprise’s project team management level.This article first introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this research,and analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign project team management.Further elaborate the research content and framework,research methods and technical routes.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts of team,team spirit,and team performance,introduces the related theories of team management,and finally explains the basic theory of factor analysis.On this basis,the basic profile of K Petroleum Company is introduced,including the company’s organizational structure and the composition of the company’s staff.It also analyzes the current situation and problems of drilling rig projects team management of K Petroleum Company,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems.Further obtain the influencing factors of the project team management,then construct a questionnaire on the influencing factors of drilling rig projects team management of K Petroleum Company,and perform factor analysis on the survey results to extract key common factors.Through the analysis of the key common factors,the improvement measures for drilling rig projects team management of K Petroleum Company are proposed from four aspects of drilling rig projects team management ’s project member competition mechanism,project team communication channels,performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,and project team cultural construction.Finally,summarize and forecast the research of the paper,and point out the limitations.The paper generally adopts a case study method.In the specific implementation process,it mainly uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,questionnaire investigation method and factor analysis method.Under the current background that K Petroleum Company generally lacks a project team management,this article provides a complete set of design ideas and implementation countermeasures for the introduction of the project team management,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the drilling rig project team management of K Petroleum Company.
