With the improvement of the level of social and economic development,more and more people began to pay attention to the maintenance and care of their own skin,skin care products to develop rapidly.Mask is the most popular type of skin care products,which patch mask because of the advantages of rapid skin care,portable and convenient to occupy the main mask market.However,the traditional patch mask has added preservatives,wasted serum,the use of plastic packaging and other problems,which is harmful to human health and ecological environment.Solid facial mask has the advantages of no preservatives,cost saving and using biodegradable material packaging,which can solve the problems of patch type mask.Freezedrying method is the main method for preparing solid facial masks at present.However,this method is costly and may lead to inactivation of active substances.The emulsion electrostatic spinning technique is one of the most promising methods for preparing solid facial masks because of its low cost,simple operation,and the ability to maintain the activity of active substances.Therefore,in this paper,a polyvinyl alcohol/resveratrol/phenethyl resorcinol(PVA/RES/PR)solid facial mask was prepared by emulsion electrostatic spinning technique.The PVA/RES/PR solid facial mask is green and safe and has good hydration and moisturizing function,antioxidant function and antibacterial function.This study effectively improved the bioavailability of lipophilic active substances and provided a new development idea for the production of solid facial masks by emulsion electrostatic spinning technology.In this paper,we first synthesized novel surfactant D230-2OA containing polyoxyethylene(POP)chains.D230-2OA was prepared using electrostatic interactions between hydrophilic polyetheramine(D230)and hydrophobic oleic acid(OA).The oil-in-water(O/W)nanoemulsions were prepared by the phase transition component(PIC)method using D230-2OA as the emulsifier and n-dodecane as the oil phase.The effects of D230-2OA concentration,oil phase-surfactant(O/S)mass ratio and sodium chloride(Na Cl)concentration on the particle size of nanoemulsions were investigated by PSS particle size analyzer.The experimental results showed that D230-2OA could be widely used in the preparation of nanoemulsions by PIC method,and the particle size of the resulting nanoemulsions remained around 180 nm after 1month of storage at room temperature,with good long-term placement stability.Based on the study in the previous chapter,RES and PR were encapsulated in nanoemulsions using caprylic decanoic acid triglyceride(MCT)as the oil phase and D230-2OA as the emulsifier in order to solve the problems of poor water solubility and light instability of RES and PR.The experimental results showed that RES and PR were successfully encapsulated in nanoemulsions with good long-term placement stability within 1 month,and the nanoemulsions had excellent centrifugal stability,heat and cold resistance.1,1-Diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)radical scavenging rate experiments showed that at the active substance concentration of 60 μg/m L,the free radical scavenging rate of the nanoemulsions encapsulated with RES and the nanoemulsions encapsulated with the free radical scavenging rate of RES was greater than that of PR,and the nanoemulsions exhibited excellent antioxidant function due to the synergistic effect of their coexistence.And the p H value of nanoemulsions is 7.0,which is suitable for human skin use range(4.0-8.5).Finally,to solve the current problems of adding preservatives,wasting serum and using plastic packaging for patch-type masks,nanoemulsions encapsulating RES and PR were mixed with PVA solution,and PVA/RES/PR solid facial masks were prepared by using emulsion electrostatic spinning technology.The PVA/RES/PR solid facial mask with small fiber diameter and uniform morphological distribution was obtained by comprehensive regulation of PVA solution concentration,emulsion content and active substance content in the spun emulsion.In vitro release experiments demonstrated that RES and PR were encapsulated inside the fibers and could be successfully released in aqueous solution.The results of the moisture retention function test showed that the PVA/RES/PR mask had excellent hydrophilicity,with a maximum water absorption rate of 390%,and the water retention rate remained above 330% after 20 min.The EPR experiment and the 2,2’-biazo-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS)free radical scavenging rate experiment again proved that RES and PR have synergistic antioxidant effects when coexisting,and the PVA/RES/PR solid facial mask has excellent antioxidant function with a scavenging rate of 86.01% for free radicals.The antibacterial experiment results show that the PVA/RES/PR solid facial mask shows excellent antibacterial function,with antibacterial rate of over 99% against E.coli and S.aureus.Meanwhile,the p H value of the solid facial mask was 7.0,which is in line with the standard range of p H of mask products(3.5-8.5),and the skin patch experiment proved that the solid facial mask is mild and safe.the successful preparation of PVA/RES/PR solid facial mask has enhanced the bioavailability of RES and PR,and provided an idea for mask product innovation,guiding the skin care industry towards sustainable development.
