The vegetable composite paper facial mask molding machine has been completedunder the support of the Present and research on the key technology of wood-plasticcomposites (2012BAD32B04) Research on the vegetable composite material and thetechnology and equipments of its production, which is included in the key projects in thenational science and technology pillar program during the twelfth five-year plan period.Vegetable composite paper is recognized as a kind of green environmental protectionmaterial of the largest development space, because its waste materials can be recycled andreused, it is renewable resources and degraded easily. Vegetable composite paper wasapplied to the beauty industry as a sort of facial mask, which can reduce the use of morechemical materials, and more conducive to promote human health and the environmentquality is better. After market research, the existing mask processing equipment is notimpossible to achieve the automatic production of vegetable composite paper facial mask,which also reflected the necessity of research and development of vegetable compositepaper facial mask molding machine. It will fill the gaps in our vegetable composite paperfacial mask molding equipment as a frontier topic in this research field.Based on the investigation of the similar products at home and abroad, productionprocesses and technologies of vegetable composite paper facial mask are subdivided. Basedon systematic design theory, the overall functionality of equipment is divided into sixdifferent function units, which are made up of vegetables composite paper feeding, transfer,humidification, molding, waste discharge and output. The carriers of function units arecombined and the design scheme of vegetable composite paper facial mask molding isdetermined by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On this basis thestructure of the machine are designed and the whole machine structure and workingprinciple of each part are set forth further.The key structure of roll cutting device which is the core component of vegetablecomposite paper facial mask molding machine is analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench, inorder to verify the stability and reliability of the equipment. The results of the topologyoptimization and the comparison of stress and strain analysis of before and after theoptimization of the upper cover plate which is the main bearing structure of pressureregulation of the roll cutting device show that the strength and stiffness of the upper coverplate previous is improved after the optimization. The result of static analysis of drive shafthas verified the stiffness and strength is good enough for production requirement. Thecalculation of vibration parameters was carried out. The highest frequency of the frame isup to6th order and the associated model patterns are plotted.Based on the function of vegetable composite paper facial mask molding machine, themain control tasks and requirements of control system are put forward. According to the design steps and combine with the design principle of PLC control system, the controlsystem scheme of vegetable composite paper facial mask molding machine has beendesigned.On the theory basis of design and analysis of the structure and control system themanufacturing and debugging of the vegetable composite paper facial mask moldingmachine has been completed. The equipment operates normally in accordance with therequirements for design task, which verifies the correctness of design and analysis of themechanical system and electric control system.
