With the improvement of consumption level,people’s demand for clothing fit also increases.Due to the significant differences in female body shape,the current clothing size standards cannot meet the growing personalized needs of women.The traditional plate making method is designed for the static posture of the human body,and the relaxation amount of each part of the pants only depends on the subjective experience of the plate maker.Women with different body shape characteristics have significant differences in skin deformation caused by exercise,Therefore,traditional experiential plate making methods are no longer able to meet the increasingly diverse demands of human body shapes and movements on clothing structure in the market.This requires us to study the relationship between the human body and clothing,and explore the basis for the relaxation of various parts of clothing.Based on female pants as the exploration point,starting from the static and dynamic characteristics of pants structure and female lower limbs,the parameter method is used to comprehensively analyze the constraint relationship between human body feature parameters and lower limb dynamic parameters.Based on the rotation of the femoral and knee joints as the starting point,this study explores the impact of changes in human body morphology,including changes in skin elongation,on various parts of pants,and constructs a mathematical model between pants structure parameters and female lower limb characteristic parameters,as well as lower limb dynamic parameters.The study explores the hip circumference,leg circumference,knee circumference,as well as the lower limb size parameters and joint rotation motion state parameters that affect women’s pants,and establishes a functional relationship between pants and human lower limb data and dynamic parameters.Conduct trend analysis and discussion on the functional relationship,optimize and improve the model in areas that do not conform to reality,and explain the selection principles when calculating and applying multiple human body data samples.Finally,the human body data samples are inserted into the model to calculate the pants values of the control parts,and a female pants sample is drawn.Virtual stitching and stress strain observation under walking and sitting positions are performed in the Style3 D system.We have developed a parameterized mathematical model for women’s pants,which can calculate the size of the pants structure after the looseness is included in the model.This solves the problem of the impact of female lower limb movements on the pants structure,provides theoretical basis and reference for pants plate making,and provides a parameter model for automatic generation of clothing templates.
