| Compression stockings are a kind of textiles for preventing and treating venous diseases of lower extremities, which have been widely used in the field of medical care. The key to the performance of the compression stockings is its stable and reasonable pressure and pressure distribution. The test of pressure rationality of compression stockings is mostly carried out on the leg-model,without considering about the pressure variation in actual wear, and without considering the influence of lower limb movements. At present, scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of valuable achievements in the research of compression stockings, but little research has been done on pressure and pressure distribution of compression stocking during human movements. This reserach focuses on investigating the effects of different lower limb movements on pressure distribution of the blow-knee compression stocking.Experiments were carried out on real human body.According to the relevant standards of compression stocking and the trend of veins and blood vessels of lower limbs, four horizontal and four longitudinal test lines of legs and 16 test points formed by their intersection were determined.According to the daily activities of people with varicose veins and the anatomical structure of lower limbs, four different movements were set up.The research 1s mainly divided into two parts. One is the pressure testing experiment of compression stocking, including the dynamic and static pressure on the leg-model and the real human body. The other 1s the skin deformation and stocking deformation testing experiment. At the same time, the body surface drawing method 1s used to measure the deformation of lower limb skin and stocking with the change of movements and posture. The main results of the study are as follows:(1)The static pressure distribution of compression stockings were obtained. It was found that the pressure distribution of the compression stockings in the leg-model conformed to the standard YY/T 0853-2011,but in the real wearing,it is affected by the distribution of the lower limbs and muscles.Only the posterior side conformed to the gradient pressure distribution prescribed by the standard, while the other sides did not.(2)The dynamic pressure of compression stockings under different motion conditions were obtained. It was found that the pressure and pressure distribution changed signifieantly after exercise. The ankle joint flexion and extension caused a great change of pressure before and after the ankle. The knee joint flexion and extension movement and the centripetal/centrifugal movement of triceps muscle led to a great change of pressure at the lower tibial joint. In all motion states, the pressure and pressure distribution on the four sides do not conform to the standard.(3)In the study of the correlation between skin deformation, stocking deformation and pressure change,it was found that no matter skin or stockings, there was no absolute positive or negative correlation between single direction deformation and pressure change, and different test points showed different rules.Generally speaking, transverse deformation and pressure changes are mostly positively correlated, while longitudinal deformation and area deformation are mostly negatively correlated.(4)According to the dynamic and static pressure distribution of the compression stockings under actual wear conditions,it is recommended that the design of compression stockings should be adjusted and improved according to the distribution of human skeleton and muscle,as well as the skin deformation and stockings deformation caused by the movements. |
