Research On Cost Management Improvement Of HD Coal Mine Supply Chain

China’s energy resources are characterized as rich in coal,poor in oil and less in gas.And coal resource is its crucial foundation energy.In 2019,China’s cumulative output of raw coal was 3.746 billion tons,and the total imported coal was 300 million tons,with a year-on-year increase of 4.2 percent and 6.3 percent respectively.In a short term,with its abundant reserve,the dominant position of coal as the main energy will not been changed.However,in recent years,the demand of domestic coal is of a slow-growth,attributing to factors such as the slowdown economy,the continuous growing quantity of imported coal,the stricter requirements on the environmental protection and the complex and severe situation internally and externally.Contradiction between supply and demand appears in the coal market.The coal price has been continuously lowered,and the coal enterprises are facing problems of sharply declined economic benefits as well as overcapacity.Due to the homogenization and highly fungibility of coal energy,its price will fluctuate greatly and obviously with the change of demand.In this situation,coal enterprises are unable to effectively control the price of commercial coal,and they find another way to reduce costs,for a competitive position in the industry.In the important stage of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the initial stage of upgrading to an intelligent and digital mine,opportunities and challenges coexist for the Xiaojihan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Huadian Yuheng Coal Power Co.,Ltd.Based on this reason,the coal enterprise began to explore and study its supply chain management for goals and directions suitable for its own development characteristics,in order to solve many practical problems happened in daily production and operation in the field of supply chain management,establish a standard and normalized supply chain management system with features of coal enterprise culture,and realize the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain management.For further researching the cost management of coal enterprises in the complex internal and external situation,the paper takes Xiaojihan Coal Mine as the research object,mainly focuses on the systematic research of key processes,such as material procurement,production and operation management,storage,packing and transportation,product sales and so on,during the supply chain management,and proposes some optimization recommendation for the mine.Firstly,the paper introduces the coal economy’s significant role and influence on the overall economic development of China,reviews domestic and foreign literature on supply chain,and analyzes the management of coal enterprises in the view of supply chain,to form a research and analysis foundation for the supply chain management in Xiaojihan Coal Mine.Secondly,it analyzes the mine’s present situation of supply chain,proposes improvement countermeasures on issues including high procurement cost,lose quality control in production,huge waste of resources in the storage and transportation,high sales cost and so on,which will benefit the enterprise’s sustainable development and provide references for similar enterprises.
