Research On Green Performance Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of M Container Terminal Compan

As competition in the international maritime transportation industry becomes increasingly fierce,the environmental impact brought about by the further development and expansion of port enterprises has received sustained attention.The continuous enhancement of the green development capability of port terminal enterprises is of great significance in consolidating and strengthening the foundation of the real economy and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.as a well-known port enterprise in the region,green has become an issue that cannot be ignored in the development of M container terminal company under the influence of global environmental deterioration and resource shortage.On the basis of clarifying the green development issues of container terminal companies,this paper focuses on M Container Terminal Company as the research object,establishes an assessment system of green performance,evaluates the current situation of M Container Terminal Company’s green development and proposes governance and improvement strategies for it.Firstly,this paper summarizes and compares the core literature to clarify the current situation of green development of M Container Terminals in the context of low carbon,and further clarifies the research questions.Then,we selected indicators from the literature and used relevant analysis and qualitative methods to revise the main indicators,identify the green performance impact factors of container terminal companies and construct a green performance evaluation index system for container terminal companies,covering one objective layer,three criteria layers and 21 indicator layers,which provided a framework for the evaluation of green performance of M container terminal companies;on this basis,we used AHP and entropy value calculation to determine the subjective weights and objective weights,integrated TOPSIS and grey correlation to calculate the green performance level of M Container Terminal Company from 2014-2021,analyzed the overall change trend of the green performance level of M Container Terminal Company,classified the development level of the green performance criterion layer of M Container Terminal Company,and clarified the performance of the green performance level of M Container Terminal Company in the three criterion layers;Finally,based on the previous paper’s comprehensive evaluation of the green performance level of M container terminal company from 2014-2021,strategies for improving the green performance level of M container terminal company are proposed from various aspects and multiple dimensions.Focusing on the green development of port container terminal enterprises,this paper focuses on clarifying the problems of container terminal enterprises in terms of green performance,and ultimately proposes a scientific path for the improvement of M container terminal company’s green performance level,which is an important reference value for domestic container terminal enterprises.
