Research On Design Of Modular Intelligent Office Desk And Chair

With the rapid development of science and technology,people have entered the era of Internet intelligence.Traditional office furniture can’t meet the new needs of office workers in the Internet era.Office furniture should be upgraded intelligently.As an indispensable part of office work,the design of office desks and chairs will affect the working conditions of office workers.This paper will introduce the modular design concept to study the design of intelligent office desks and chairs,and the specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the modular design is studied theoretically.Through literature research,this paper analyzes the basic concepts of modular theory,the related theories of modular design,the application of modular design in products and desk chairs,and combs the process of modular design.Secondly,the theoretical research and product analysis of intelligent office desks and chairs are carried out.Theoretically,this paper mainly studies the concept,composition structure and application technology of intelligent office desks and chairs,conducts market research and analysis on office desks and chairs,clarifies the shortcomings and pain points of existing products,combs the development trend of intelligent office desks and chairs,and analyzes the human-machine dimensions in the design of office desks and chairs.Then,the user needs are analyzed.Using the method of questionnaire survey,a large amount of data is collected from scattered users,and the user groups are classified to determine the target users;Research and analyze the characteristics of target users,and analyze the behavior characteristics of users through field observation;Through user interviews,the demand of target users to use office desks and chairs is further obtained,and the demand list of office desk and chair design is summarized,analyzed by Kano model,and a four-quadrant diagram is constructed to determine the demand priority.Finally,the design practice is carried out.Firstly,the design and positioning of office desks and chairs are carried out,including the positioning of users and the division of functions and structures of the scheme.According to the design orientation,combined with the modular design concept,the design scheme is scrutinized.Through the evaluation of three groups of design schemes,one group is selected for optimization,and the final scheme of office desks and chairs is obtained,and the modular and diverse combinations are carried out to meet the diverse needs of different users.Show the product details through functional details and product three views,and finally,output the physical model of modular intelligent office desks and chairs.
