Research On Operation Quality Management Base On Upgrading And Reconstruction Of GD Sewage Treatment Project

With the further deepening development of environmental treatment in our country,various fields enterprise of sewage treatment have gradually progressing from "Quantity Increasing Type" to "Improving Quality and Increasing Efficiency".Quality management improvement has become a new direction of sewage treatment in China.GD sewage treatment plant as an important part of the domestic sewage treatment system in Tianjin Binhai New area,the treatment water quality discharge standard is grade B water discharge standard,which is still lower than the surface V water quality standard.The discharge of tail water with high nitrogen,phosphorus and low carbon sources can not only increase the risk of rich oxidation of water areas,but also can not fully play its due role in improving the environmental treatment of the surrounding water areas.Therefore,the updating and reconstruction of GD sewage treatment plant is imperative,and strive to further enhance the functional value and social value of GD sewage treatment plant by updating and reconstruction and production operation quality management improvement,at the same time,this is also in line with the concept of green development and the requirements of sustainable development.By using the literature research method,this paper systematically introduces the relevant theories by combing,analyzing and summarizing the existing books,periodicals and literature materials,and adopts the method of combining theory with practice,based on the actual situation of updating and reconstruction of GD sewage treatment plant.The quality management problems in the process of production operation are analyzed in detail.it is concluded that there are five key factors affecting the quality in the production operation of the updating and reconstruction project:human factors,production equipment factors,production material factors,production process and method factors and production environment factors.As far as the standard raising and improving work is concerned,the long-term implementation of saving energy and reducing consumption and reaching the effluent discharge standard mainly depends on the scientific application of equipment,technology method by the practice work and quality management level.In order to further strengthen and improve the quality management level of production and operation,the quality management system of sewage treatment plant is planned and implemented.Firstly,the goal of quality management is determined and the quality management system is established.Secondly the corresponding management measures are put forward according to the five factors affecting quality in the production process.Finally,the effectiveness of quality management is evaluated by economic analysis and mathematical statistics,and the enlightenment of quality improvement is obtained.Through the quality management of all aspects and the whole process of the production and operation of the GD sewage treatment plant,the level of quality management has been continuously improving,and the awareness of quality management has been continuously enhanced.At the same time,through the continuous optimization and improvement of the sewage treatment process,the annual stable and safe operation days have reached 360 days,the chemical agent consumption has been reduced to 2.8kg/t(dry sludge),and the electric power consumption has been reduced to 0.16 k Wh/t.Compared with the previous improvement of effluent quality discharge standards,it effectively reduces energy consumption,saves costs,achieves certain management results,and gets wider recognition from society.
