In the objective reality of limited land resources,optimizing land use management is a long-term need.In recent years,due to the unreasonable use of land resources,China’s ecosystem has suffered great damage and is facing serious degradation.The scientific planning and long-term maintenance of ecological land is of great significance for ensuring regional Balance of nature and ecological security.In order to achieve better land use under the premise of effective protection of ecological land,methods such as land use change analysis,landscape index,ESV(ecosystem service value),etc.were used to study the land use status and landscape pattern in Dalian from 2012 to 2022.The ecological land guarantee zone was determined,and finally,based on the concept of "reverse planning",the ecological land guarantee zone was set as a non construction area,Optimize and analyze the land use pattern in Dalian using the FLUS model.The results achieved in this article are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the Stochastic matrix of land use in Dalian from 2012 to 2022,the land use situation is mainly manifested in the increase of construction land area and the decrease of forest land area,of which the construction land area increased by 20812.36 hectares and the forest land area decreased by 2827.32 hectares.In terms of the dynamic degree of a single land use type,the growth rate of construction land is the fastest,with an average annual increase of 0.73%,and the decline rate of forest land is the fastest,with an average annual decrease of 0.55%.In terms of the dynamic degree of comprehensive land use change,the dynamic degree of comprehensive land use change in the whole city is 0.86%,the largest change among all districts is Lvshunkou District,reaching 1.37%,and the smallest change is Ganjingzi District,reaching 0.19%.From the perspective of the relative change rate of land use types,the districts and counties in Dalian with significant differences in changes in main ecological land such as arable land,forest land,and water bodies are mainly distributed in the central urban area of Dalian,reflecting the serious destruction of ecological land in the central urban area of Dalian.By analyzing the landscape pattern of ecological land in Dalian from 2012 to 2022,it was found that the landscape fragmentation increased and the aggregation decreased at the landscape scale,resulting in a more scattered landscape pattern and an increased complexity of land use patterns.At the type scale,the degree of fragmentation continues to increase and the degree of aggregation also shows a significant decline.(2)Analyzing the landscape pattern of ecological land in Dalian from 2012 to 2022,from the perspective of landscape hierarchy,it is mainly manifested as an increase in landscape fragmentation,a decrease in aggregation,a more dispersed landscape pattern,and an increase in the complexity of land use patterns.On the scale of ecological land types,it also shows an increase in fragmentation and a decrease in aggregation.(3)Using the 1/4 standard deviation classification method,the ESV results in Dalian were divided into 14 categories.Statistical analysis was conducted on the corresponding relationship between grid frequency and ecosystem value in each category,and the ESV amount at the time of frequency sequence mutation was selected as the threshold.Finally,it was found that in the entire area of Dalian City,the proportion of ecological land security zones occupied was 28.29%.(4)The land use pattern of Dalian City in 2032 has significantly improved after optimization using the FLUS model.The fragmentation of the landscape pattern has decreased,the number of small patches has decreased,and the degree of aggregation has increased.In terms of land use structure,the optimized land use configuration of each district and county is in line with the future industrial pattern development of Dalian City,and is in line with Dalian’s "westward expansion,northward advancement,and urban development strategy,and the ecological land use pattern near the central urban area of Dalian is developing towards a better direction.
