Abstract/Summary:
Project quality,project cost,schedule,safety,impact on the environment,sustainable development,etc.constitute the multiple objectives of the project,which to a large extent determines the success or failure of the project and whether it can efficiently achieve the expected objectives.High quality projects and services are of strategic significance not only to project stakeholders,but also to the country and society.Petrochemical projects are characterized by complex technology,multiple professional fields,wide range of connections,long construction cycle and high requirements for quality,safety and environmental protection.In the process of industry transformation,quality has been placed in a particularly prominent position.As an important activity in the early stage of the project,the quality of design is directly related to the guarantee degree of the design work to the overall quality of the project.However,due to the explicit and implicit characteristics of quality,even a competent engineering company cannot guarantee that the design quality can be controlled without fail,and the response to quality problems mainly depends on the experience and judgment of managers.The research purpose of this paper is to explore the method to effectively improve the quality management of petrochemical project design by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,specifically through the combination of theory and practice to study the practice of H Company in petrochemical project design quality management.Firstly,this paper systematically collates the relevant theoretical principles,methods,technologies and research achievements in the research field by using the literature analysis method.Through the research on the design quality problems of H Company,it proposes a list of 21 issues in 4 categories: technical,consensus,graphic and rational.It focuses on the collision phenomenon,intelligent design software application,general and graphic problem management The excessive design and conservative design are analyzed.Secondly,with the comprehensive application of literature analysis method,expert consultation method and causality analysis diagram method,12 influencing factors in five aspects of "human,machine,material,method and environment" have been selected,summarized and analyzed,and the impact of various factors on design quality has been discussed by using improved analytic hierarchy process and Pareto diagram method.The results show that the reasonable allocation of human resources,the progress orientation of the organization,the quality management system of the enterprise and the review of the designer’s drawings are the key factors affecting the design quality,and the cumulative impact degree is 80%.Finally,based on the problem,the corresponding management improvement measures are proposed from the four perspectives of resource integration management,target coordination management,system process management,and process lean management.The research results are verified and analyzed in combination with actual cases to achieve the goal of 100% performance rate of design contracts,100% qualification rate of design products and 90% excellent product rate of design services.The research results of this paper have good practical significance and theoretical value for guiding engineering companies to optimize design quality management and enriching research in the field of petrochemical project design quality management.
