Quality Management Of MTO Project Of A Petrochemical Plant In The Design Process

In recnt years,as the construction project getting an instant development,the whole society has focused on the quality of the construction.There are many facors which has influenced on the quality of the project,the quality of the design is one of the most important factors.The design period is quite an important period to determine the quality of consttuction project.If there were some problems of design,the best constructions can do nothing to make a qualified building,But people still take the construction and material purchasing as the most influenced factors on the project quality right now,and pay no attention to the quality management and control of the design.This paper deals with the importance of the quality of engineering design in the whole project quality,combined with the design theory and method of quality management at home and abroad,describes the basic method of design quality management and puts forward the design quality management points of each stage.In the design phase of a MTO project quality management as the research object,the design process of the control of the quality of the design factors to identify the factors.On the basis of the theory and method of project quality management,the process of quality management of MTO project design phase is analyzed.The main analysis,the main work done the following:Firstly,in this project,the quality management status of chemical project is analyzed,among which the characteristics of each phase of the chemical project,to find out the problems in the quality management of chemical project,and put forward the basic suggestions.Secondly,in this paper,a MTO project as an example,describes the project design team from the stage of preliminary design and construction drawing design stage,design change stage of the whole process of the project,the full range of work flow,and in various stages of quality management methods and means,the use of quality management concept,means and methods of international popular and combining with the actual the situation of China's market existing engineering design and engineering company with reference to foreign experience in project management,quality control measures,according to the characteristics of this project,trying to find out key points of quality management andcontrol of chemical project design stage,and the influence on the main points of these factors,targeted to find a solution,and verified in the implementation process of the project,then find the problems and summarize the experience,for the similar projects in the implementation process as a reference and guidance.Thirdly,in MTO design stage by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the mathematical model of design quality evaluation,and the evaluation index is analyzed,and the project design quality,and put forward suggestion for improvement.
