| With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous improvement of living standard of Chinese residents, dairy products are more and more needed.Dairy farming also develops in the diversified demand. In the development of dairy farming,a lot of greenhouse gases and other pollutants will be emitted, which will not only cause serious damage to the environment, but also affect the efficiency of dairy farming. In this context, based on the data of small, medium and large scale dairy farming industry from 2006 to 2020 in the National Agricultural Product Cost Data Collection, this paper uses SBM-GML method to measure the green total factor productivity and its decomposition of dairy farming industry of different scale, and further analyzes its influencing factors. The growth source of green total factor productivity in dairy farming of different scales is mainly from the improvement of technical efficiency rather than technical progress. However, there are great differences in green total factor productivity of dairy farming in different scales. In particular, the green total factor productivity of the medium-scale dairy farming industry has increased, and the green total factor productivity of the large-scale dairy farming industry remains unchanged, while the small-scale green total factor productivity index is relatively low. From 2006 to 2020,the average annual decline of GTFP in small-scale dairy farming was 0.69%,and that in medium-scale dairy farming was 0.68%.The GTFP in large-scale dairy farming remained unchanged. From the perspective of regional differences, the development situation of dairy cattle farming with different scales in different regions is different.Specifically, the green total factor productivity index of both small-scale and large-scale dairy farming industry in Heilongjiang Province is higher than 1,which can realize the common development of large and small-scale dairy farming industry. The green total factor productivity index of Anhui,Shanghai,Shanxi and Chongqing was higher than 1,and the green total factor productivity index of Shanghai dairy farming industry was the largest. In the large-scale dairy farming industry, the TFP and GTFP indexes of Guangdong,Henan,Heilongjiang and Jiangsu were all greater than 1,and the green total factor productivity index of dairy farming in Guangdong province was the largest.Based on the analysis of influencing factors of green total factor productivity in different scale dairy farming,it is found that the improvement of material labor productivity can promote the improvement of green total factor productivity in different scale dairy farming. The level of breeding technology has a positive effect on the efficiency of medium and large scale dairy cows.Other factors will have different impacts on different scale dairy farming industry. From the perspective of economic development level, economic development level has negative correlation with green total factor productivity of small and large-scale dairy farming industry, while for medium scale dairy farming industry, regional economic development level has significant positive impact on green total factor productivity. The higher the proportion of environmental pollution control investment in GDP,the positive impact on the green total factor productivity of large-scale dairy farming industry. The investment in environmental pollution control of medium and large-scale dairy farming industry is relatively low,and the investment in environmental pollution control can not promote the improvement of green total factor productivity. At the same time, the high proportion of concentrate feed in medium and small-scale dairy farming will inhibit the improvement of green total factor production efficiency in dairy farming. Finally,it puts forward to accelerate the technical progress of dairy cattle breeding industry.Guide moderate scale and improve feed input ratio;Adopt differentiated regional development measures; In order to deal with the environmental pollution of Chinese dairy cow aquaculture industry,it is a two-way development between environmental protection and improving the efficiency of dairy cow aquaculture. |
