Development Proposal And Technical-Economic Analysis For H Oilfield

Oilfield development is a work with huge investment scale and high risk uncertainty.Investment in oilfield development generally requires hundreds of millions or billions or even tens of billions of yuan,while the oilfield development plan is a comprehensive plan for the overall effect of oilfield development and occupies a top priority.A good oilfield development plan allows investors,managers,users and the public to better understand and analyze the oilfield and make decisions on whether to invest in the oilfield.The advantages and disadvantages of the oilfield development plan directly affect the benefits of oilfield development.Reservoir development is the focus and core of oilfield development.The core link of reservoir development is to improve the development effect by reasonably optimizing the injection and mining scheme according to reservoir exploration data and forecasting trend changes.Starting from the exploration of oil fields,this paper analyzes reservoirs and describe seismic interpretation and traps,adopts accurate geological research and analysis,masters the distribution law of oilfield reserves,builds a layer velocity model and calculates the geological reserves of reservoirs,adopts advanced technology and equipment to improve the reservoir development process,and optimizes the design of oil.From the overall planning of the drilling and production process of the oil well and the upper facility system,the basic systems of the oilfield are analyzed,and the feasibility and operation points of the technology are put forward.Through the technical and economic index system,the indicators of the system are classified and analyzed.From the perspective of risk evaluation and probability analysis,the maximum credible accident is found,and the possibility of occurrence and the method of risk avoidance are analyzed.Whether the cleaner production grade index can be passed through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cleaner production indicators.From the perspective of output,oil price,NPV,IRR and other economic evaluation and social benefit analysis,whether to meet the goals of investment,socio-economic,environmental and welfare distribution,and adjust the oilfield development plan from a technical,economic and social perspective,so as to reasonably control the oilfield production capacity and maintain long-term high and stable production.It is proposed that more scientific and modern models and technologies can be used.Finally,this paper introduces the development scheme data of H oilfield as an empirical verification to optimize the oilfield development scheme model.
