Since the “13th Five-Year” Plan,in order to accelerate the construction of a fire-fighting and rescue system covering urban and rural areas,provincial fire departments at all levels have taken the lead in promoting the fire-fighting and rescue force system in various forms of “national comprehensive fire-fighting and rescue team + full-time fire brigade + miniature fire station + voluntary fire brigade” in combination with the actual demands of social fire-fighting and security.In fact,the“Fire Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China” has made a clear agreement on the types of enterprises or units that must establish full-time fire brigades:enterprises referring to the production or storage of flammable and explosive raw materials or finished products are involved;Other medium-sized and large enterprises that in need are the same.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the problems and contradictions faced by full-time firefighters in their daily work are increasingly complex.And the effective implementation of the performance appraisal can stimulate the full-time firefighter’s enthusiasm and creativity.It plays an important role in selecting and training a group of full-time firefighters who meet the requirements of new tasks in the new era.A set of rigorous and perfect performance appraisal system is particularly important for stimulating the work efficiency and initiative of enterprise full-time firefighters and improving the overall combat ability of enterprise firefighters.Taking full-time firefighter performance appraisal system of A company as the research object.On the basis of the relevant concepts and characteristics of full-time firefighters,combined with existing relevant theories such as the characteristics,methods,systems and feedback and application of performance appraisal results,Through questionnaire survey and on-site interview survey,the problems existing full-time firefighter performance appraisal system of A company were investigated and researched respectively.The study found that the performance appraisal system of full-time firefighters in A Company has problems such as trivial performance appraisal indicators,lack of effective communication and feedback in the performance appraisal process,and lack of effective application of appraisal results..The main reasons for these problems are the single subject of assessment,the lack of recognition of performance assessment and the lack of institutional guarantee.In view of the problems in the performance appraisal of A company full-time firefighters,in order to make the performance appraisal system of A company full-time firefighters more scientific and systematic,This paper proposes solutions on how to optimize the performance appraisal system of full-time firefighters in A Company : Based on the objectives and principles of optimizing the performance appraisal system,combined with 360-degree performance appraisal method and key indicator method,the performance appraisal system for full-time firefighters in A Company was optimized from four dimensions,which are appraisal subject,appraisal index,index weight,result feedback and application.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of A company full-time firefighter performance appraisal system from the aspects of system guarantee,organization and implementation,and resource guarantee.
