Deep hole parts are widely used in aerospace,military and engineering equipment and other fields,and the product performance is extremely strict with their quality requirements.Traditional deep hole machining often uses multiple machining procedures,and each machining procedure runs independently,which has the disadvantages of long machining cycle,low precision and high production cost.Boring and rolling,as a precise and efficient deep hole compound machining method,combines boring and rolling in the traditional hole machining process into one,which can realize one-time forming processing of deep hole parts,with simple operation,high processing It has the advantages of high precision,good quality and strong practicability.Therefore,it is an important topic to explore the rolling mechanism of deep-hole composite scraping and rolling process,the effects of rolling process parameters and roller shape structure on the surface quality and processing efficiency of rolling.For this reason,this paper aims at the rolling process of 160 mm deep hole,using the theory of rolling process,the principle of metal elastic-plastic forming and elastic-plastic finite element,and using UG NX10.0,ABAQUS and other software to analyze the deep hole rolling process The effect of rolling mechanism,rolling process parameters and roller shape structure on the residual stress distribution and plastic deformation on the inner surface of the deep hole in the process is expected to improve the precision and efficiency of deep hole rolling.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Research on rolling mechanism in deep hole rolling process.The process of deep hole rolling is analyzed,the motion process and physical characteristics of deep hole rolling are described,the influence of tool parameters on initial roughness and the relationship between actual rolling force and roughness in rolling are analyzed from the roughness of the workpiece.The influence of the rolling process parameters on the rolling force is based on the rolling force,and then the relationship between it and the roughness is analyzed to systematically analyze the mechanism of deep hole rolling,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the rolling mechanism.(2)Research on the influence of rolling process parameters on the quality of rolling.On the basis of exploring the motion process and physical characteristics of deep hole rolling,a simplified model of deep hole rolling is established,and the rolling process parameters in the rolling process of large-diameter hole parts are analyzed by ABAQUS finite element simulation software.The plastic deformation of the surface of the machined inner hole and the influence of the residual stress distribution,and the interaction between the various factors of the rolling process parameters and the primary and secondary factors of the rolling process parameters are explored by designing an orthogonal simulation experiment.(3)Research on the influence of roller shape and structure on the quality of rolling.Based on the analysis of rolling process parameters,the finite element analysis model was established by using UG NX10.0,ABAQUS and other software to study the influence of two different shapes of roller(conical and cylindrical)and the radius of roller fillet on the machining surface of inner hole during rolling process.In summary,the research in this paper will provide theoretical guidance for the rolling process of large-diameter deep-hole parts,and further improve the surface quality and processing efficiency of deep-hole parts.
